So the idiot who delivered my package THREW IT while he was still on the staircase that leads to my apt, it landed BETWEEN my apt doorway and my neighbor's. It was like they didn't care what happened to it because they threw it, and didn't care who found it. Tried to call amazon and they're not taking calls.
More and more shipments are coming in damaged or being declared undeliverable. Amazon treats undeliverable shipments as a Return and processes the refund when the item is returned. However, once the shipper declares the shipment undeliverable they neither deliver or return the package and Amazon doesn't process any refund until you hound them for your money back even if there hasn't been any activity logged on the tracking information for over a month. Even with the month wait, they then wait 10 days to process the refund... and have you noticed that you can leave a review for every seller on Amazon except Amazon itself?
Amazon no longer allows its regular customers to write reviews on its site. To write a review, you have to spend a minimum of $50 Debit or Credit card purchases per year. Reviews can only be written by the wealthy. Poor customers can buy products but their voice doesn't count.
So, Amazon needs to stop doing this: informing the customer that the item is unavailable on the day it is supposed to be delivered. If I knew this wasn't available, I would have bought it elsewhere. Now I can't find it anywhere. Sorry, but I can't trust Amazon.
These guys have almost everything you need with a reasonable price. Had some issue with one product which I have bought recently and they replaced it. Just paid for the delivery second time.

As a Prime customer, I have been experiencing a very critical issue with a high-value order being misdelivered, without signature to a fake name (or at least not anyone in my building). I have spent over 20 hours talking to customer support, their managers and their managers' managers throughout the last 3 weeks. Every conversation is going in circles; their chain of communication is virtually non-existent; let's say their CS representative Mr. X doesn't know what their CS representative Mr. Y said, so you have to explain everything from the beginning every single time, even when being transferred! The best part is when you get conflicting responses from different customer service reps... (sarcasm intended) - such as: we have a delivery signature / we don't have a delivery signature - which then obviously takes extra time to figure out. Some of the managers even had the audacity to close the conversation after I caught them contradicting themselves! Please stay away from this company. I will be taking legal action against them based on these events and they will pay for everything wrong they've done.
Obviously Amazon's service here is limited by their partner, but really they are letting themselves down badly.
Lots of amazon items are only available on 'fresh' which requires a separate checkout which is not possible to complete because there is no delivery slot available - unlike the main amazon site which is still successfully delivering.
But because the Amazon Fresh products are listed alongside the main amazon products the result is confusion and waste of time.
There's lots of bad people abusing of others on Amazon. Always be careful. I tried to warn consumer about someone selling dollar store items over 30$ and amazon blocked my review. I tried telling Amazon but they won't heat anything. So they're as bad as the crooks. They do have good deals and fast and free shipping. It is very interesting to shop there. Be careful.

I recently had an account made in my name that somehow accessed my information order an item and sent it to my house. I had the item and everything, but still wanted my money back as I did not order it. I had the charge ID number and everything to send back, but the accounts info I didn't have. I had a hassle getting my refund, but finally came across a rep who helped me and got my refund within an hour. The rep was great, however, the other reps led me other ways saying it wasn't possible for me to get one, the ID charge number didn't exist even though I had inquired about it far before when I saw the charge on my account. I then received a random item, which is why I asked about a refund since I had a visible item to send back. This is when they told me it didn't exist even though I had asked about it when it first popped up. Seems a little fishy to me they "couldn't" find it at first, but when I had mentioned it had been found before they found it right away. Sounds like a scam to me considering I had to fight for a refund. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and contacting them to delete my account. I even had one rep say " no one was going to help me" and sure enough the rep after him/ her helped me solve my problem. They have poor customer service unless your stern with what you mean.
I've ordered a few books. It was easy, quick and support team answered all my questions. I'm satisfied. I hope the next purchases will be also successful.

Ordered on here because I'm a senior citizen... didn't want to go out to the store with the Coronavirus spreading! My Whole Foods order was suppose to be delivered by 10pm Sun. Eve! It was NOT! I stayed up until midnite, waiting! No call, no text, no nothing! They didn't hesitate to take my $ out of my acct.! AND, I'm a Prime member! I'm pissed! If I get the virus, from having to go out to a crowded store I'm sueing them!

Needed to update payment information. Log on. Provide information. Checked the correct box marked. Log off. A few hours later get email payment declined again. So for the third time I repeated the process. Looked for the apply button. No such button. There wasn't any instructions on how to remove old card. Shouldn't have needed to since I marked the correct box. So I finally had to search the internet to find the information needed to remove the old account. Very disappointed in the site.

I am switching to Walmart now because I ordered food from Amazon Fresh on 4 different occasions, and never received my groceries. I am disabled and I live alone, so I need delivery service to be reliable and dependable. Clearly, Amazon Fresh is neither reliable nor dependable, which sucks.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
