I ordered a few things for my pet in early April. Today I cancelled it because im not waiting till end of may to get them anymore. Seems like no prime membership you are out of luck.

Tried to contact Amazon chat and phone not working, driver delivered package broke our screen door and lied and said he gave package to homeowner, because if would of taken picture it would show a busted door, shame on Amazon and driver. Pray I dont see the driver that did delivered package. What bothers me more is that he lied
I was double charged for items. Was charged a few day's later after ordering. A week later was double charged with a pending refund. But couldn't get an answer from customer service on why I was double charged. Couldn't get an answer in the unknown charge. I asked three times and every answer I got didn't answer my question. Horrible experience all around.

Amazon deserves negative stars. I have (had) been a customer for DECADES. Today I had my credit card information stolen. Someone used my credit card that is tied to my bank account to place several online orders with various vendors. I contacted three of them to report the issue, after I contacted the bank that issues my credit card. All three vendors immediately stopped payment on the fraudulent orders and assured me that my bank account would be reimbursed within 48 hours. However, when I contacted Amazon Customer Support to report fraudulent use of my credit card, this is what I encountered: (1) Asked for last 4 digits of credit card used; (2) name on card; (3) date and amount of charge - I provided all of this information. Support idiot indicates that yes my card was used for that amount on the date provided, but the name on the account was different, and that I had to provide any "guesses" as to the name that was used on the account. Seriously, take a guess. Hello, you are asking me to identify someone that stole my credit card information! When I could not take a "guess" as to the name on the account, I asked for the name that was used and I was denied this information because Amazon had to "protect the name used". So let's just protect the person that stole my information and not provide me with any help. This went back and forth for several minutes. I asked for the name and contact information for an Amazon Supervisor and this was denied. I indicated I wanted the charge taken off of my credit card - denied - told it was my bank's responsibility, not Amazon's. I explained how other vendors immediately did not question the fraudulent charges, and removed them ASAP. Oh and let's not forget. Last week I placed an order with Amazon, and afterI reported the fraudulent issue, I received an email that my payment was being denied for fraudulent use. Just brilliant - the order I did place is denied payment, yet the order I did not place goes through, and I cannot dispute the charges. After this fiasco, I immediately closed my Amazon account and I will never do business with them again.
Amazon wants you to think that they are such a helpful company. When all they are is money hungry wolves. Can you believe set the actually charge you to watch a movie in English? You can watch this movie and Swedish or German or whatever, but you cannot watch it in English without paying. In my book that's a bunch of BS.
I am sick of amazon refusing to allow me to review books because I haven't "purchased" more than $50 worth of products off them.
I feel it's absolutely irrelevant. I buy from other sites or get a free book & no other review platform has ever refused.

Fresh used to be careful packing fresh and frozen foods, but that's not the case anymore. Frozen foods on my two last Fresh orders were half frozen and other items were room temperature- NOT SAFE. Complained twice and not sure if this will be solved any time soon. I won't order fresh chicken and meats because of this problem. Disturbing and disappointing for Amazon to do this to customers. DANGEROUS
Hello, I'm here today because, Amazon has let me down to where I feel like I need to let everyone know. I used to swear by amazon they were the best. But honestly with in the last year they completely did a 360 and turned into any other company. They no longer care about the great customer service just the money. I've paid for amazon prime for 4 years straight and I will never use them again. They don't keep any of there prime delivery estimates anymore. 2 day shipping turns into 2 week shipping and customer service doesn't care. You ask for a refund on the membership you purchased for the benefits of prime delivery. And they say can't and give you a million excuses. It's ridiculous! If it's not prime delivery then why pay 15 a month? I can go anywhere and get my items shipped with in 2 weeks. Get your priorities straight.
Ordered two heads of lettuce but what I got was grapes, bag of apples and a bag of oranges. Contacted their customer service Dept only to be told they had already credited my card and they had no authority to ship the lettuce and that I would have to go to their website and reorder the lettuce. I will pay off the card and end any future business with this superior mind company.
I purchased an item on Amazon which never made it into the package with the other stuff I ordered. Amazon is refusing to refund or replace the item. They have basically stolen my money since I never received an item I paid for and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix the issue. I have made several attempt to contact customer service, both via chat and email and I keep getting the same cookie cutter response.
I used to have great experiences with Amazon but that all changed within the last year. They no longer uphold delivery dates and make changes to your orders whenever they feel necessary. They falsely advertise and customer service just blames your for the issues. Not worth the hassle. Have been using Amazon prime over5yearsnow and this is what I get for it

I've recently been charged for items I didn't order. I have a bank statement showing that they charged for items not purchased. Recently they've been moving orders around like you order Monday then order Tuesday then Wednesday and they move you're purchase Monday that should have already been shipped from Amazon to the back of the line. I'll never ever use Amazon again. They have blocked me from trying to figure out the problem and I never yelled or cussed at them. They dont give a $#*! about their customers at all and never did

Try Costco online first with two day delivery. Very reputable with no price gouging that I have seen.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
