Ordered desk from amazon, comfort products is the name of the company that imported the desk from china i got no hardware with the desk talked to amazon through e-mail they told me i would have to get with comfort products to get hardware or i could ship it back for a refund that means i have to box it all up label it i told the so called help desk no you need to get with the company and have them ship me the parts, they said they could not do that i told them you are the seller you are responsible still they would not help me, worst customer service ever i will never order from amazon again

Ordered and paid for items that were not delivered. The first thing that customer service blamed it on was Covid 19. Then they said it was a mysterious "order hold". Soulless company. Buy elsewhere and maybe you will get what you pay for. Stay away from Amazon.

They ship you wrong items and then won't correct their mistakes also after it took 10 days to deliver. Their customer service you have to talk to many different people and they all tell you something different. They even send UPS to the wrong house to pick up the item to return. Honestly just shop at Walmart. After the virus is gone Amazon probably won't be doing very well it already isn't.

I ordered a personalized baby foot mother's ring for mother's day the seller has yet to ship the item 16 days after purchase when is plainly states on Amazon that the item will ship within 6 to 10 days I have went through 22 customer service Representatives with no resolution no refund are no cancellation of the order so I can order from someone that's more trustworthy instead I get this in response which I copied and pasted from my life chat with customer service so that people could see for themselves what they are getting themselves into before they order off of Amazon.

(We cannot cancel the order since it is a 3rd party seller, which I have stated. It is up to the seller.)

So now I am made to have to wait until the 28th to try to get my money back which is going to put me back two more months and having to order and wait for it to be customized to another company if I get my money back because customer service will not even try to get the seller to cancel or refund my money so I advise all of you beware before you order because you'll be waiting a long time for a resolution and do to live chat you're not able to speak to a representative or a manager to go over their heads in order to try to get anything done I will never and I mean ever shop on Amazon again after this

I will never bye those products from China!

We bought 4 welding masks as a test trial. Wasn't what we ordered and seemed like the masks might be counterfeit after comparing with the ones out our shop. Would not recommend

I ordered a product on May first with a promised delivery of 5/9. According to UPS the item never arrived on the amazon truck. Amazon will allow me to request a reshipment until tomorrow - 13 days after ordering and 5 days after the order was supposed to arrive. I am a prime member. This is not even close to the kind of service they promised when they took my money. Very poor service and very poor problem resolution. Very poor performance on the part of Amazon.

Love these! The one thing that had me perplexed was where was the storage on this. I couldn't figure it out until I dropped it and the little door on the end popped open. It is very sturdy and pretty cool when the smoke seeps out of all the holes. My friend has this exact incense burner for ÿears and never knew about the little storage compartment until I showed her. I love it!

Poor from amazon

I ordered the popular ao smith water heater.

He delivered it on time but did not provide bill in the box.

1 month over till now he did not come to fix it.

When I asked the delivery boy he told they will fix it in 2 days

I didnt expect this from Amazon.

Very unhappy with the service at Amazon in the past 6 months. Not reliable at all. Customer service is no help at all... most their representatives are not able to help and many times are hard to understand because of their accent. Items ship extremely slow. I now only use Amazon to read reviews on products. Then I shop for those products on other websites. During the pandemic Amazon was the worst website. Taking 15 days to ship products is unacceptable. Such a shame to see this company go downhill with customer care and shipping.

Amazon's policy is to buy low and sell high, that's reasonable and acceptable, if a good service is added. But, where is quality? I paid a high price for a slim foam mask, very bad. I also paid for 4 gallons of alcohol and they only sent me 1 gallon. That means they're using Amazon to scam. Take care.

I like Amazon, it's where most of my online purchases come from. But there are a lot of counterfeit listings on this site, and some listings that outright lie to you but don't get punished on a technicality (they'll lie in the listing title, but in the description it tells the truth). Sometimes, Amazon will push counterfeit listing to the top of the search for the sole reason it has prime. They also keep part of your refund if you try to make a return though a channel that's more convenient for you, so be careful when buying because you might buy a counterfeit product or buy the wrong item and have to pay the price for it. I brought a $46+ battery I brought to replace my old laptop battery. Unfortunately it was the wrong one, so I had to return it. Amazon has a free return option for you that allows you to take it to one of their Amazon sights, but when I checked the closets one to me it was an hour+ away. Meanwhile, if I want to return to the UPS couple minutes from my house I get charged and only given a partial refund. You already hit me with a tax fee, I'm paying for Amazon prime, and you charge a seller's fee on their saleswhy the heck are they only me part of the money that was MINE to begin with? Where is that money even going other than right into Jeff Bezo's pockets? It seems like such a greedy move. "Oh, you can't drive an hour to make a return and want to drive for a few minutes instead? Then you're gonna have to pay us." What is even the difference between returning via UPS and via Amazon sight other than UPS is now the middle man? The only reason I should be getting charged is if I requested UPS pickup. If you were to tell me "it goes to the UPS employees" then I'd call bull. I don't understand why they allow you to do pickups for free when you buy something, but when you go to that same place to make a return you're charged. So what changed from then to now? Now I'm out of a few dollars, and STILL have to buy a laptop battery to replace my old one.

Wasted so much time trying to tell them I got extra stuff delivered I didn't order. Thought it would help them out. Thought it would be easy. Didn't call --said phone lines too busy... OK. Used chat app auto program. App limited ability to understand anything other than something wrong with item you ordered. App couldn't grasp comment about something extra you didn't order. My grip is me spending lots of time that probably doesn't matter. Trying to find way to contact them. Know now --just skip it. Delivery OK for everything else.

Amazon has gone big box meaning if you buy a product they pull it from the big box of all the same no matter who the seller is. Fulfilled and shipped through Amazon. So it means I might get a real product or I might end up with a fake from another country that's not legitimate. This makes shopping scary here so I try to go with items I know are safe and aren't being duplicated in other places. The shipping is unusually fast even with this covid. Every now and again we have a return or exchange and when we do it's always handled by a polite rep and everything is always fast and easy. My only complaint is the stocking of necessary products and the the big box issue other than that I don't see how we could live without Amazon.
