Ordered on here because I'm a senior citizen... didn't want to go out to the store with the Coronavirus spreading! My Whole Foods order was suppose to be delivered by 10pm Sun. Eve! It was NOT! I stayed up until midnite, waiting! No call, no text, no nothing! They didn't hesitate to take my $ out of my acct.! AND, I'm a Prime member! I'm pissed! If I get the virus, from having to go out to a crowded store I'm sueing them!

Needed to update payment information. Log on. Provide information. Checked the correct box marked. Log off. A few hours later get email payment declined again. So for the third time I repeated the process. Looked for the apply button. No such button. There wasn't any instructions on how to remove old card. Shouldn't have needed to since I marked the correct box. So I finally had to search the internet to find the information needed to remove the old account. Very disappointed in the site.

My experience has been frustrating with there difficult website to navigate. With lots of complicated rules. And there's so many things on their sellers website it's overwhelming. If you have questions about a product you're selling. They will most likely want you to email them. There is a way around it. When you have the Option to pick advertiser or seller. Pick advertiser and they'll suggest you give a email or phone number. Click the button that says immediate attention Call Me Now. Is how to reach customer service over the phone. Because they don't have a direct phone number line to call for help. I've spent way too many hours trying to figure out their website.

Amazon is a great site but they are not big on privacy. Usually has the best prices for purchasing stuff if you don't want to wait or deal directly with China. Their website is safe and orders are guaranteed. Amazon prime is a must if you plan on using Amazon much at all because of the free shipping. Now with one day shipping on a lot of items it's really convenient.
Also on the rare occasion I have had to contact customer service they have a call back option and it's usually instant. Never had a problem with customer service at Amazon as of yet.
This is a great company and have had no problems with them and all my orders have come on time and in good condition.

Have done business with Amazon for years at my at my old house and was please. Move to new house 6 months ago and had have issues with deliveries from Amazon. If UPS delivered package it gets delivery. When their Prime Time carrier deliveries they sent me a picture of a the package on a pouch at a apartment proclaiming delivered. I have called a number of times talking to people in another country or city telling them I live in a house not a apartment and where I am located. He said it will be taking care of and order my item again and I will get credit for 1st order. Needless to say it happen again with picture of package on another persons pouch. They charge me for both times and screw me out of $122 and acted like i did not know where i live or someone stole the package from the house i work from. They thank me for being a Prime time customer and say give it a couple days and they will check into it. Nothing happens. Tired of dealing with liars and people who could care less that work for a billion dollar company representing terrible customer and follow up. Very disturbing and makes me wonder how Amazon makes millions of dollars screwing the customer. I give up and will cancel my prime time and take my $122 loss and move on.
Every time the amazon delivery drivers have a package to deliver at out apartment building, they buzz every apartment. Several tenants have complained and they will do nothing about it unless I provide them with the recipient's name and order number, which I don't have. I even asked the driver if they would stop, and he rolled his eyes at me and walked away. Unacceptable. I'm tired of them waking my baby.
I probably shop on Amazon about 5-6 times a week lol I absolutely love love love them I get everything you can think of from them. Customer service is always helpful, I get my packages within a day or 2 sometimes same day delivery prices are great, returns are simple and easy they are really the best.
This is the second or third time Amazon does not honor their delivery commitment. I ordered (Order# **************643) a Galaxy S20 case to be delivered on March 8,2020.
Notification on my app says the delivery have not been made but after consulting with a representative over the phone, I was told that it was delivered based on notification they saw from the USPS website. In fact, they were correct. It read, "March 8,2020 at 12:10 pm. Delivered, In/At Mailbox. AURORA, CO *******" I found out later. However, when I went back to my mailbox, there were no keys and nothing was delivered. This is seriously starting to ruin the whole Amazon experience.
What I found more difficult is the ability to file a complaint with Amazon directly, or to leave a general review of Amazon because I am confident the seller isn't responsible for this. Leaving a negative review on the product will ruin the seller's reputation but would not serve the responsible parties, Amazon and its delivery partners.

I spent over three hours today trying to change my email address for my amazon account after the email associated with the account no longer was working. I found out that the email I was trying to use instead was associated with a amazon account that I had no knowledge of creating and spent over an hour cancelling this account at the recommendation of a supervisor at amazon. Then I was told that amazon could not use this email address or any email address that was ever associated with any amazon account. So now, I have lost assess to my amazon account as my phone does not accept text messages from companies due to an error at Verizon and the email address they are sending the
Access code to does not reach me as this email is no longer working. This is suppose to be one of the most advanced companies on the planet yet after speaking with 11 people today, I can assure you that they are unable to help with simple requests and the strange thing is that I got at least 8
Different stories about "the rules" which seems to change with each person I was speaking with. This is a sad state of our corporations and management seems to be absent. This is not customer service at all. This is insanity.

Amazon has been holding $4000. 00 of mine for over a month on an order that was canceled the same day it was made! We just got a notice saying our return was processed but funds may take up to 7 days to show up in our account! We never even received the item but they are keeping $56.

They have dell laptop batteries from china very low quality and fake item, it looks like real but that's it, the laptop wont recognised and its weight too light to have battery in it. Please stay away from these scammers. I have tried to leave a review on amazon but amazon seem to protect its scammers more than its customers. After buying my Pur water filters on Amazon for over 10 years I've discovered that many or all of them were probably fake. The last set of filters I purchased was so different and unsatisfactory that I decided to contact Pur directly.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
