Cheaper than direct booking. The last time I paid $300 and now online I pay only $255.
For those of you who like to check out the negative, s of an organisation, think first the company does just that, Organise... if you do not like what they do then organise it your self, see what you have to do to find what you want,,,,, Remember the company Agoda like others check as often as possible by the comments you leave as to how the hotel/motel performed. Booking accommodations through Agoda just blew me off my feet!

I did three bookings with this site. Site is user friendly and got the best deal as compare to other website, i compared it with 6 different website and this one is the best in terms of user interface and as well as best deals. Highly recommended.

Using Agoda could not be any easier. The site is loaded with options that are quick and convenient. From selecting areas within the city, the level of accommodation, the price etc. The deals are very competitive and the quality of hotels is never over represented. The reviews enable an informed decision to be made.
Easy navigation, a lot of filtering options, can see (and pay) price in different currencies, always good deals available, in 3 years of using did not have a problem on arrival when booked with Agoda

I have always use the facility of Agoda since its inception and convenient specially for ASIA hotels. I didn't know outside Asia it also is available. I just hope I will not have same problem as I had with another site that the hotel simply said if I had complaints about the room since I booked a 2 bed room and they gave me a king size bed instead in Marriott New York, I said that would be the last. I just hope though they have no expiration for the points.
The Sleep Express Motel is clean, convenient to ANZ Stadium, Homebush DFO, and a lot more. Also has free parking and pricing is very competitive for the standard of accommodation.
Although it's not their fault for not having my reservation done still they manage to gave me a call confirming that my previous engagement were not booked due to domestic problem, however, they gave me alternative solutions/preferred hostels.
Agoda actually not cheapest book for hotel but some how he reward you back some reward points for off set further hotel book
Having seen the advert in Google, the next steps to completing the booking was a doddle

I was soo worry when I made mistake in my booking dates.
Called Agoda 24 hours customer service and they sent me the revised booking confirmation with my required dates in few hours after my call. Excellent and very quick response!

It's so easy to book hotel rooms via agoda and I have been booking for my business trip. However one feedback, if I choose payment via paypal, the local currently will be converted to USD, which I hope it will remain as the local currency as my paypal account is in local currency. Overall, very happy and so easy.
Answer: I didn't know that? I have had the best deals from them and I find them very helpful.
Answer: I don't bother making lists just search for where I am going and select the best deal for at least 1 mth before its needed and keep track of prices

Answer: For me as well very bad experience with this site. The administrator failed to confirm my booking in the evening, claiming they could not see it in their system and stating that the reserved room was unavailable, despite all the correct booking information being provided. Instead, they offered me a different room. At 10 PM on December 31st, traveling with a child, I had no choice but to agree and pay again for the alternative room. I immediately reported the issue to Agoda for assistance. The room we were given was in an unacceptable condition: it was dirty, there were holes in the bathroom walls, and mold was visible. It was nowhere near the standard described in the booking. The following morning, a different administrator located my original booking and refunded the payment for the additional room. However, they falsely claimed that I had stayed in the room I originally booked. This is not true—the room I stayed in differed significantly from the description and photos provided at the time of booking. Despite providing all necessary evidence, Agoda has refused to support my complaint, stating that the hotel confirmed my booking, which does not address the poor service, the forced additional payment, or the unacceptable condition of the room. This experience demonstrates an appalling lack of customer care from both the hotel and Agoda. As a customer, I feel my rights were ignored, and no proper resolution was provided. I expect Agoda to take accountability and address this issue properly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Answer: Well, you probably need to call the customer service online or send them email from Agoda to get a reply. I feel that it was in vain to look for any help or compensation once your reservation has been done. Even the you overlooked some tricky information, Agoda will completely ignore what you said and push the blame to the hotel/property or the users. That is how I feel after trying so sort our the issue. Once a mistake is made, we probably can only eat it. Never expect they will admit any misinformation on line.
