Good hotel provider with very competitive prices. Hotel Golden Tulip in Bahrain was a great price couldn't beat it. Always great on prices and an easy manage my bookings account. When I have called them via a telephone any problem is sorted with considerate staff.

A wide selection of hotels - worldwide. Excellent prices.
Got a room although that hotel's own website showed the hotel was fully booked.
Let's see.
Website has 2 issues to be improved:
1. Automatically selects 2 rooms when in yur search criteria tyo select 2people.
2. Map showing hotels' locations is too slow, erratic, and just not smooth.

Simple fast and straightforward platform. Recommends to all!

Sad that a person has to hunt but thankful I took the time. For the same room at one of Agoda's competitors, I would have had to pay US$50 more for a 5 night stay.

Make more function, more efficiency, and also make it more user friendly. Example can translate or change to local language that easy to local user understood the reviews which is not type in English. And also make more payment method beside then the international payment method.

The rates are good and more importantly the aftersales service is brilliant. WIll recommend this to anyone.
