Been a regular user of Agoda for about 2 years now. Except for not knowing that annual rewards expire (about 100K points. Talk about learning the hard way), have had nothing but great experience in getting the best deals on hotels all around Asia.
The hotel is OK, only needed a small refrigerator in the room. But is nice clean and quiet, and the staff is friendly.
I would rate this website 10, I've been using agoda for many years and I've never encountered any problem with them. Very Efficient and reliable! If your looking for a trust worthy website for acomodations, Agoda is the best choice!
I always book the hotel via Agoda. Agoda use an easy system to help me find the hotel. All hotels that I booked from Agoda are excellent. Agoda also provide call center to help me when I got some problem.

Agoda rescued me again! Recently, I was preparing to leave on another one of my frequent business trips to Guam when I realized that through an oversight I had failed to secure a room at my normal hotel (they honor my companies corporate rate).
This was a huge problem because I couldn't reschedule and my flight was leaving the next day! I called the hotel directly to plead my case hoping that as a frequent guest they would help me out. Unfortunately, they promptly told me that they were fully booked and there was nothing they could do! So I asked them if maybe they could recommend a different hotel in the area but they said no because the dates I wanted to stay were the same dates as a popular ethnic holiday and all of the hotels in the area were fully booked!
Needless to say I started to panic!
But then I remembered Agoda! I quickly went to their website for help and amazingly enough not only did I get a room at the original hotel I planned to stay; but the eventual cost was even below our corporate rate! And the kicker is that the room I got was at the next level higher! It was amazing! Agoda truly saved my life!
We've been using agoda for 4 years and we haven't any bad experience. Customer service is excellent and as always the price is cheaper. The points also gave us great diacounts in some of our bookings

It provide one of the best navigating & neat informative searched page, displaying great deal from hotels with hotel outlook, rank/review rating, the very important "FREE WIFI", and how many other people are eyeing the same hotel so you'll tell how popular they are now so you can make quicker decision to seal my deal before the great deal got slipped right through my eyes and gone. Hooray. No more nagging from my wife or family and I'm a happy man.:-D

Looked around at the other booking sites and Agoda had the best prices and was very easy to use.
Great choice of hotels. Easy to use search. Reward points are useful if you are a frequent hotel user. Only one minor gripe: search filter should be updated to include tick box for room with terrace/balcony so that search can be limited to only those hotels offering rooms with terrace/balcony. This would save me and no doubt others a lot of time. Please note Agoda!
The location is very strategic however the room was bad, please upgrade the room by changing the bed and mattress. If possible please include breakfast as well. Overall nice pool, near to the beach and near to the food stall.
Love agoda's hotel options, maps and filter options. Definitely will choose agoda always :)
