Agoda.com has been and still really helpful for everyone in this entire world on searching for accommodation globally. Whenever you purchase your room in any hotel, you will get point (Agoda Rewards) out from it. Which i think, it is really WORTH IT! I mean it! You just only have to sign up as a member but that's not a big deal?! The Agoda rewards point is the point you can redeem on purchasing your room in the future.
Agoda is the best - I love their points system, and I am yet to find a cheaper rate anywhere else. Top stuff!

I was looking for a special 5* Hotel deal in London and they came up with a fantastic price.
Booking was then very easy.
This has been my 3rd booking through AGODA the website is simple, easy to navigate and ituitive. The booking choices are multiple with very good optional information through reading the reviews. Best of all the site presents good deals up front. I will return to the site again.

I confused myself and booked the wrong dates for a hotel. After a minor freak out thinking i would loose my money I simply went into manage my booking and requested the date change in the self manage bit and minutes later I got confirmation that all was good. This saved me a lot of worry and anxt.
Agoda displays clearly the room type and room info etc very clearly. Easy to use and understand and has insider deals too which are very good

Very simple hotel with few amenities. They do have good satellite TV and fast WI-FI. Breakfast is pretty lame, but it's included in room price. Friendly and helpful staff, but a few employees are not bilingual. If you are travelling with an Isaan wife, girlfriend, husband or whatever blows your skirt up, it shouldn't be a problem. It is only a short walk (less than a half mile/ km) to the Thai Consulate and Embassy and a 200 Baht TukTuk ride to the riverfront, so you don't have the noise and crime that backpacker hotels seem to attract.

I supposed to go on trip & all my hotel bookings booked with Agoda when all of a sudden my Doctor called me due to my report stated I got breast cancer & need to go on urgent operation. I called Agoda to cancel my bookings although it was written there is no reimbursement for not showing up due to hotel policy. To my suprised, Agoda Management willing to absorb and return me the payment in showing their goodwill and help me eased my burden in a difficult situation. Isn't that amazing for an online business that fill with good heart people who works in? Thank you very much, Agoda. The refund is not a big amount but your goodwill gesture really touched my heart..
I found best price at agoda and the booking experience was amazing.

Excellent site, so much choice that I would suggest a filter for "cost per night" or a jump to a particular page, rather than "next page, next page".

Answer: For me as well very bad experience with this site. The administrator failed to confirm my booking in the evening, claiming they could not see it in their system and stating that the reserved room was unavailable, despite all the correct booking information being provided. Instead, they offered me a different room. At 10 PM on December 31st, traveling with a child, I had no choice but to agree and pay again for the alternative room. I immediately reported the issue to Agoda for assistance. The room we were given was in an unacceptable condition: it was dirty, there were holes in the bathroom walls, and mold was visible. It was nowhere near the standard described in the booking. The following morning, a different administrator located my original booking and refunded the payment for the additional room. However, they falsely claimed that I had stayed in the room I originally booked. This is not true—the room I stayed in differed significantly from the description and photos provided at the time of booking. Despite providing all necessary evidence, Agoda has refused to support my complaint, stating that the hotel confirmed my booking, which does not address the poor service, the forced additional payment, or the unacceptable condition of the room. This experience demonstrates an appalling lack of customer care from both the hotel and Agoda. As a customer, I feel my rights were ignored, and no proper resolution was provided. I expect Agoda to take accountability and address this issue properly, as this level of service is completely unacceptable.
Answer: Well, you probably need to call the customer service online or send them email from Agoda to get a reply. I feel that it was in vain to look for any help or compensation once your reservation has been done. Even the you overlooked some tricky information, Agoda will completely ignore what you said and push the blame to the hotel/property or the users. That is how I feel after trying so sort our the issue. Once a mistake is made, we probably can only eat it. Never expect they will admit any misinformation on line.
