I've used Agoda for about 10 years now. They offer great deals all around Asia. The online reservation process is very easy and very rapid. I've never had an issue with any of my reservations over the years. I have recommended it to countless friends and even to travel agents for them to use!

Of all the hotel booking sites out there, I keep coming back to Agoda due to its simplicity, easy searches and use of public reviews. The payment section is very quick too. I like that one is not bombarded by adverts or pop-ups, unlike some booking sites.

I always find Agoda very competitive on prices and it is very easy to book with them online.My only small quibble is I would like service charges and taxes shown initially and not towards the end of the booking process. With this particular booking there was no option to add breakfast, which I would have wanted to include. I tried unsuccessfully to call Agoda about this.

I booked suite for 6 night in the palace hotel in dubai just near dubai mall from agoda.com then I check the rate from hotel reservation disk and I found the rate is less by 15% after that I tried to cancel the reservation from agoda.com. Com but they refuse even the reservation date was after more than 1 day they charge me for the first night even I send them the reason because they are garanty the lowest rate and I found less rate but they not answer me at all. Please stop dealing with this kind of cheap companies who are looking for their pinifit only without providing the same level of services.
I made a booking through Agoda for the end of March 2015 and they ended up double charging me for over $200 dollars. I called them several times, emailed, sent them credit card statements showing that they double charged me and they told me that it wasnt a actual charge it was just a verifying charge. Well that was an absolute lie and I ended up going through my credit card. My credit card saw that I was charged twice and refunded one charge in hopes of saving the booking. Well Agoda came back and said they were cancelling my booking because I hadnt paid. So now I am out a hotel room the night before I am supposed to leave for Saigon, and still out $229.00 from one of the payments. I had to provide all this proof to my credit card who finally charged back the second payment. 3 weeks later Agoda files a chargeback form to my credit card saying I owed them and now I am having to keep fighting to get my money back through this chargeback process. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE AGODA... they are horrible and you will be sorry. There are so many other hotel and flights sites that its not worth a few bucks to go through AGODA. Nothing but problems.

I have always had excellent service with Agoda. I had a problem with a booking in December, which was managed with great concern by Agoda, and so I have nothing but praise for them. I look at a lot of booking websites, and find Agoda quite often, have the best deals.
I was looking everywhere in Winnipeg for a hotel with a balcony and sauna. Found out the Hilton had that and started looking online for the best price... and found agoda.com
Had the cheapest rate by about $40. I looked up other reviews to make sure the site was safe and concluded it was and went for it. It couldn't have been easier!
I didn't get my confirmation email for about 25 minutes which made me nervous enough to look up a contact number and there were no Canadian numbers which is why I'm giving it a 4 out of 5.
When I called the US number I found that my booking was confirmed. I also called the Hilton and the room I booked online was the same room the hotel had me in.
If I wasn't worried about using a new site it would have taken like 2 minutes even though I didn't sign up for anything.
The automatically create a user and password for their website after booking which they send you through email.
Overall wonderful site. Highly recommend!
