Working with your company was an awesome experience, especially since we had a rush order and also kept asking for mock ups of our logo on various colors of tablecloths. It got to us in time, no problem. The only reason why I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that somehow the spelling of Chiropractor turned into Giropractor, (instead of a "C", someone put a "G" instead) even with the jpeg that we provided. We were asked to look at the placement of the logo and to confirm if the color of the table cloth we wanted. We did not notice it until yesterday when we were at an attorney's office that the spelling was incorrect. We just don't understand how that happened when it was not like that with what we provided. By the time we noticed, we had already attended 4 events with it like that. Otherwise, your staff and the product was top notch.

I give the t-shirts of five star. However I had to remove the star because I ordered expediting shipping expecting for or on the due date it went through standard USPS mail (where there's always a possibility of delays in different states) versus UPS or FedEx. Because of the router shipping the 15 t-shirts for marching bands event did not arrive which is forced me to scramble and run to a local craft store which I should have did in the beginning to repurchase the shirts. Although the shipping delay was due to the postal Service. Company is aware that this is a common issue for delivering various cities and states by US post mail.
I was for the shipping however the stress of scrambling for time and money to replace the shirts for important children's event was unbelievable to say the least!

I can't say enough. I have designed and ordered 4 sweatshirts and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the product, the quality of the artwork were top notch. The customer service was responsive and professional and the turnaround time can't be beat. The only thing I think they should look into unless it will drive up cost too much is using paint for their screen printing. Using paint there will be. Inflating or risk of peeling. Just a thought.

Our company ordered 150 can coolies with our logo printed on the front. Out of the order, 42 arrived with significant defects—ink bleeding, warped printing, and in some cases, logos that were completely unreadable. This not only makes them unusable but also reflects poorly on our company's image. When I contacted customer support, the representative was argumentative and dismissed the issue as a "phenomenon that cannot be controlled," even though other companies use quality control measures such as liners to prevent these exact problems. Instead of offering a replacement, I was told the only option was a $60 refund—far less than the actual $75 loss we incurred, based on the $1.85 per unit cost. The rep also insisted this was fair since we were "allowed to keep the coozies," but no option was provided to return them for proper replacements. Overall, the product quality is poor, and the customer service is worse. It also took nearly a month for the order to arrive, making the name "24 Hour Wristbands" misleading at best. Save yourself the frustration and do not waste your money with this company.
