Easy to navigate on site. Wonderful business

Only issue I have, but it is a significant one, is the additional fees of customs, etc added after the fact. That should have all been figured in on the front end when the total cost figures were determined. It does make a difference!

I did not like how I had to choose all 100 adult and could not split 50 child and 50 adult for the same wristband. I don't Like that you have to call your order in to save because of the non-profit status. You should be able to save online and see the savings and have it that you can select your status to save.

It was very easy to create and order bracelets. Everything was well explained.

Quick and efficent

It would be nice to be able to see the text w/ font and color super-imposed over the wristband color rather than on a white background. I think an explanation/example of what "front" and "back" means would be beneficial as well.

The colors were off compared to the website, especially the Teal and the Metallic Gold. Overall though, I'm very happy with my order.

I shop on line frequently. From start to finish I was kept informed of the status. The product arrived and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from them again!

I ordered too late so I couldn't get the kind of wristbands I wanted. The ones I ordered arrived very fast and were what I expected them to be. Next time I hope I know far enough in advance to order ones that can have color added. Excellent service.

I had a little trouble with adding my item to the cart with no artwork - I called customer support - they were amazing! They confirmed I did the right thing on the website; I had my order in less than 2 weeks and absolutely love it! I will be ordering from this company again for any personalized drinkware or can coolers :)

The only thing I don't like is the way your site displays the cost of the order and the game you play with the $** off coupon. You jack up the sales tax to a ridiculous rate to cover the coupon. Please just be upfront in the first place.

Fantastic shopping and customization interface - made it super easy to understand exactly what I was buying and how costs affected the total in real-time. Had an idea to create some koozies at 8PM, uploaded a logo and confirmed my order at 11PM. The koozies were printed and shipped before noon the next day! Incredible turnaround, and the quality of the product didn't suffer, either. Great print job and highly satisfied.

I never saw a final total... only a subtotal.
So I'm worried about what hidden charges I may incur.

After my order arrived I saw that the total reflected only a few dollars more for shipping and handling for the additional 200 free bands that they gave me (great promotion). I was nervous at first but the shipping and processing were so quick and they sent me lots of email updates.
Would use again.

Good options. Good price. Would like it if there were a picture of a tiger to add to bracelet.
