The shirts were decently priced, but deliver took forever and also when i received the shirt the design is not centered on the shirt. I ordered the shirt as a test product to determine if I wanted to use your company or another. I am going with the other. I understand you get what you pay for, low price, bad quality.
Easy navigation, locally managed, could not ask for more except quality product...which we will see! :)

Product was printed incorrectly and on three separate occasions, three different Customer Service Representatives told me three different things. The first one told me "they will fix it I will have them contact you" after 3 days I called back and the person told me to file a "defective merchandise claim" I waited about 5 hours and called back to see how long the process might take and the third person told me "they will fix it but you probably won't get it for 3 weeks (past my event date) unless you pay expedited shipping" So because they messed up, I have to pay extra money to get my product on time even though I ordered it plenty early and if they had done the job more carefully I wouldn't have to send it back. That just doesn't make business sense. Therefore I've chosen to send the product back for a refund (hopefully) and not use this company again. It was clear that the CSR did not care at all on the phone.
