Awful company! What they don't tell you is these are produced in China and ship from China. My problem is that I paid extra to have these items for an event this weekend (the items have the date on them and can only be used this weekend) and they are still not here and we leave tomorrow. The company and UPS will no re-route them to our hotel and the company is telling me they will only give me a $20 credit when I spent over $300. If you order from here make sure you have plenty of time to receive the items as they are not as fast as they tell you they are.
Do not order from this company. I paid for wristbands to be delivered on a certain day and they are still in production. I have spoken to six "customer service representatives" and I keep getting the same answer. It's in production and they will get back with me in a few hours. They will not let you speak to a manager they just stick to a script.
Ordered wrist bands jun 26 2023 the site said would be delivered by June 28 2023. It's now Monday and still haven't received product. They say that it's out of their hands after they ship sooo how can they guarantee a delivery date at all. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF..
I ordered bracelets also ordered faster delivery, they had fed ex delivery it. It said delivery, but was never delivered. Whether it was wrist band or fed ex, I should not of gotten credited for only half my order. So the outcome was they will make half of them and get credited for half. Which the function is now over, so they are really useless for me, but I still said for them to make them, do to I had to still pay half. Someone should be held accountable. They are made from China, and that is why I will go American Made only!
Ordered so much they said we earned free materials, did several proofs and NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS! Called and spoke with just about everyone on several different occasions including supervisors and two months later WE STILL HAVE NO WRIST BANDS and have yet to receive any kind of reimbursement.
Paid extra for a specific delivery date and apparently order will arrive 5 days later than expected. I was under the impression the items were in Texas but they ship out of China so delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
I ordered from them on 11/18/21 and package was to be delivered on 11/29/21. I finally received my package on 12/10/21 from China. This I thought was a TX based company and all of the people that respond to phone calls and or to messages are in China and are 12 hours ahead. I opened my package to find that the writing that I paid extra for was not even readable in all 200 bands. I instantly called and messaged back and forth to be told I approved the photo and yes I did but the writing inside was white as was the outside just like the picture and that is what I approved and presold to customers. Now I have a product that is not what I ordered and they will not refund or redo what they messed up. I was told the inside is embossed which means engraved in the inside but not visible. WHAT? Why would I pay additional to have something on the inside you cannot see. I am furious with this company and will post reviews on every platform. Whatever you do buyer beware this company is a fraud.
My delivery date keeps getting backed up I would not have ordered from them had I known it was going to be this long when I called they said there was a holiday in the area but it should not have backed up this long I cannot give a good review on the product because I am still waiting for it probably would never order from them again. Need to have better delivery on TIME! This business will not succeed with this type of issue!
I ordered 1000 bands for a funeral. I paid $90 to have them here in time and the delivery date was completely missed. I'm top of that, customer service was useless, promised phone calls etc never happened. Very poor experience.
I paid extra to have them here by a certain date and they are arriving 7 days late! DON'T charge people extra, if the company cant produce the product when promised.
About 6 months ago (Dec-2020), I ordered on line a Video Doorbell X3, advertised on this site, (error/never again). What I got... something like a little Chinese plastic box, nothing like in the picture of my order. I would like to show to make you understand (one picture = thousand words). In order to save time and energy, we would like to offer you $15 refund at most as compensation and you do not need to send the items back to us since the returning postage fee which is very expensive and we will not bear it. It may spend 1 month for the parcel to reach us, the parcel may lost on the way, we will not bear the risk.

Stay away from this website, They will keep charging your card without your permission and make everything very difficult.
They mislead me on entire sale - the shipping was "free" with 10 qty of the item I ordered, I entered my payment information and shipping and billing address, the shipping continued to be listed as "free", the total as $29.00... the sale was processed on my credit card but before I received confirmation of the sale, they requested a review - I thought everything was fine, left the review... THEN was granted my receipt for the sale which was DOUBLE the amount! They DOUBLED the sale to my credit card without a single notice until AFTER the sale was processed. I called immediately requesting a refund and to speak to a supervisor - BOTH REQUESTS FLAT OUT REFUSED. LYING CHEATING SCUMBAGS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Customer service is terrible. Find another source online for wrist pants and other personalized products. The customer service here is just awful
The tattoo they sent me was exactly the opposite of what I ordered. I was communicating back and fourth and suddenly it's been too long, case closed. The work was horrible. Don't confuse this company for Wristband, no hyphen. They are a rip off. And the wrist bands they sent were absolutely nothing like I ordered. This company does junk work and then stalls you until it's too late. I'd give them no stars if i could.
They make you pay extra for "Keeping jobs in the US" and claim it will be manufactured in the US, making it ship faster and be higher quality. My Item was 9 days late and by the time it had arrived, I had already moved out of the address I was in before. I asked why, and they told me it was delayed in customs while shipping from their factory in CHINA. They made me pay extra for no reason. They're lying to their customers

Purchased their Medical infrared no touch thermometers and one quit working after 2 months and they wouldn't replace it. He said they don't have any sort of return policy so buyers BEWARE!

I ordered a hand sanitizer. Besides the fact that it was overpriced because of COVID. It arrived without the key to add the sanitizer. So I sent it back and they don't want to give me a refund and seem to expect me to do their jobs... PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. SEEMS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered! Does not even deserve 1 star as far as I am concerned. I ordered 4 floor standing hand sanitizers for my medical offices. The sensors broke after 2 weeks. Its now been 3 months and no resolution. They say they sent 4 new ones out which I never received. All they do is open tickets, go back and forth with numerous staff members but nothing ever gets resolved. Very dissapointing especially during such a critical time as this Corona virus pandemic. They sell products that don't work yet cannot even do the right thing by replacing them. I even sent them videos showing how the products don't work and still nothing. I will never refer or order from this company again!

I paid $10.80 in shipping to get the wrist band 2 days early since I needed it for someone's birthday. I ordered it on August 1 and expected to get it by August 10. I called many times to check the status of my order and got different information every time. I was going to get it a whole week late. Very unhelpful, this company is a scam and over expensive. Do not trust the "great reviews" on the website. I think they are fake. Will not be purchasing from them again and will be requesting a refund.
