SCAM! BUYER BEWARE
June 11, 2020

I specifically made sure my order was coming from US and I paid over $100 in expedited shipping fees to receive by yesterday- turns out it's coming from China and won't arrive until next week! Total Scam! Lies and I don't appreciate it at all! Zero Stars!

Charged us for guaranteed delivery, missed the delivery, said they would prorate my refund. Not acceptable, you missed the date, you must refund my money. I will most likely refuse the rest of the shipment and dispute payment. Whatever you do - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I ordered hand sanitizer over 2 months ago. The first story was the item was damaged in shipping. They have gone silent and won't even respond to my messaged. I will have to contact my credit card company and cancel my card.

I purchased a thermometer and the product doesn't work. It drains the batteries every two days and it isn't accurate. I requested a new product or a refund and they have a no refund policy. Even if the product doesn't work.
I will never buy another product from them again as they have no customer service.

Wrist-band is either incompetent (they can not properly log a cancellation or a customer call) or dishonest.

I made a purchase from Wrist-band with the understanding that shipping would be free.
When I made the purchase Wrist-band added a $27.50 special shipping fee for sending the product to Hawaii.

I phoned Wrist-band sales within minutes of making the purchase and cancelled the order. They said a confirmation email and refund would follow.
I emailed Wrist-band sales the next day via their sales website (contact us) asking for confirmation of cancellation (no response).
I phoned Wrist-band sales when they sent me a USPS tracking # and they told me to phone when the packaged arrived and they would send a return label and full refund.
Now they claim I never cancelled the order.

This is a blatant lie.
I emailed them once and phoned them 3 times - every time identifying the order number and told them that I was cancelling the order.
I have a phone log on my cellphone showing when I phoned them.

During the peak of the crisis, we had a dire need as an essential service for disposable gloves. Ordered 2 boxes XL, 1 L for our crew at a premium price of $89.9 days later 3 boxes of badly damaged (see picture) incorrect size M arrived. I immediately contacted customer service. They directed me to fill out a complaint ticket. After more attempts to contact them, finally 5 weeks later they contacted me.
Here are some of their comments
" we are out of stock, will give you 5% off next order"
"we do not pay return shipping as per Policy"
They also said they sent the wrong size because they did not have the correct size. No call, no email, nothing.

During COVID, our company ordered face masks and paid for expedited shipping. Product arrived 3 weeks late and then wrong item. Opened 3 tickets to get even a little bit of information! Ridiculously horrible customer service! Waited 2 more additional weeks to get original item. Asked for reimbursement for expedited shipping, received almost half... they prorate the expedited shipping fee when they were wrong in the first place! Who does that to their customer?! We have all had shipping issues during the pandemic, but answer your tickets when asked and be honest, they were not. Our team had to order from somewhere else. STAY AWAY! I have told all my purchasers to stay away as well

SCAMMED!

Hello, I want to inform that Wrist-Band scammed me. I ordered a product and they sent me a different one. I let them know that it was not what I had ordered and I even sent pictures to them to confirm that it was not the product that I had requested. They were never responsible. Wrist-Band initially answered my emails but they stopped doing it. I paid a lot of money for that product for nothing. This is a scam. I don't want that this happen to another people. We have to make consumers aware and let them know which companies are not responsible and do not work professionally. If anyone could help me find a place where I can file a complaint, I appreciate it in advance. You can write to my email *******@hotmail.com. I hope Wrist-Band doesn't delete this review.

This site is legit

I ordered a box of gloves and it arrived in 24 hours as advertised. I was leary after the reviews, but this company must have done 360 degree turn. I did call after I placed order and was on hold a long time, but I got an email 15 minutes after order placed with a legitimate FEDEX tracking number! This relieved my concerns and will be using them for urgent items needed! This company was a life saver in having PPE needed for nursing students!

Wrist-band.com advertised receipt of a no-touch thermometer within 24 hours. I was in desperate need of one when we returned our employees to work following a COVID-19 shutdown, as the local company that was supposed to perform our daily scans dropped the ball and I decided to do the scans myself. I was so happy when I saw this website. The 24-hour guarantee is posted EVERYWHERE on their site. I paid an extra $30.44 in next day shipping charges to be sure it arrived in time, making for a grand total of $120+ for this item. Ridiculously overpriced, but I was desperate and couldn't find these in stock anywhere. Not only did I not get the item the next day... it took 9 DAYS for me to get it! This was even after I chatted with them to explain the urgency of my situation. In the meantime, I scrambled locally and found one for $50 which is nearly identical and works great! When I contacted wrist-band.com to get refunded for my shipping charges (the least they could do), they refunded me only $20. When I questioned the amount, they told me "per our website we refund rush shipping charges only on a prorated basis". Unbelievably bad service - I will NEVER place an order from them again. This company is the worst and I want to make sure others avoid the same nightmare I experienced!

TOTAL SCAM!

I put a donation order over a month and half ago I still haven't received anything. I have been pressing for a refund at this point. After going back and forth for days the rep said the shipment had been sent so they couldn't refund. I went in the next day to track the package and the fedex order had been cancelled. The worst of the worst

Ordered what what supposed to be standard size rubber gloves, got something totally different~they said Extra Large IS standard~they will not supply a shipping label so I can return for a refund~total run around~STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE.

They get one star because you cannot post a zero. I placed an order on Wednesday 5/20/20 and paid more for expedited two-day shipping than the cost of the product. Today is 5/23/20 and I received an email that the product would be delivered on 5/26/20. When I contacted the office they said they would "consider" a refund after the product was delivered. BEWARE OF THIS GROUP! I have no confidence that the product I am going to receive will be any better than their business practices.

To be the only website that had PPE in stock in March should have been a "too good to be true" warning. Unfortunately, we had an immediate need For gloves and masks. Ordered form the website for $90 worth of goods. Guaranteed delivery date was March 23. It is May 19 today and there is no sign of it. Emails and chats only give me looking into it and is ready for dispatch. I think I can safely say $90 was the price of my anxiety. I don't think I'll ever see that again.
And the final kicker I still get emails from them everyday ppe ready to ship and 1 day delivery.
Update from 5/22: received fedex tracking number. 2 months late.

This company advertises "in stock" and "same day shipping" when it doesn't even have the product. The automated message on the customer service line says "your wait time is under two minutes" and repeats this message for fifteen, twenty minutes! The chat line is no better. After one or two stock answers, the bot (person?) stops responding. The company should be shut down for false advertising, failing to honor contracts, and probably a lot of other infractions I don't know about.

Whatever this company sells is a scam.
Their phone# doesn't work. Their email is not answered.
They sell you crappy products and NO refunds nothing.

They ship stuff from China. Quality is quite bad. And the website has INCORRECT descriptions to lure you in to buy. But once you buy, there is all kinds of fine print to scam you.

No point in dealing with scammers. Please save your time, money. Avoid them.

I placed an order for 4 pcs of coveralls worth almost 80$. What they sent me was 4 cheap flimsy disposable gowns which probably worth 5$ each. Not responding to my emails, complaints, and requests for returns and refunds. That f ticket doesn't address the issue. Stay away from this company! Dishonest people all around! They will tell you lies about shipping and stocks availabilty! Not worth the headache. They should be reported to AG office for false advertising, price gouging.

Once I placed my order, I received an e-mail guaranteeing a specific delivery date. Knowing the difficult times we are in, and not receiving the order in the timeframe promised, I reached out to follow up on the new delivery date and was advised that the delivery date was unknown. Fast forward 6 weeks past the guaranteed delivery date, and multiple communications to follow up on the status of my order confirming it would be overnighted, and I have been charged for the purchase, I had no choice but to cancel my order. Total dishonesty and highly recommend you do not try to buy from this bogus company!
