Horrible experience purchasing from this SCAM company. Ordered gel sanitizer, received 19 gallons out of 22, the 19 received were NOT gel sanitizer but a yellow sticky liquid that leaked during shipping and damaged every single gallon i had ordered. Reached out to customer service providing pictures and videos multiple times and got the runaround for over 2 weeks until i disputed the charge with the credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
Ordered Sanitizing Gel and bottles. Took 2 weeks to get the 4 gallons of gel. Took 3-4 weeks and several calls to get the bottles. They blamed Fed Ex saying they didn't pick up the order. Once I got the bottles, I started working with the sanitizer. It is absolutely unusable. Your hands are left so sticky you have to go wash your hands. I called to let them know the product is defective and unusable. They will not make an exchange.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Called to purchase 18 Infrared Thermometers for our building openings during COVID-19. It was Tuesday, and I had to have thermometers for Sunday... no exceptions. I clarified with the young lady three times during our call that I needed them by Sunday. She guaranteed them to be delivered on Friday and that is what my email receipt stated... "FRIDAY DELIVERY", along with the date. On Friday by 4:00 PM. no fedex(their carrier). I tracked the package and it showed not to arrive until the following Wednesday. I contacted wrist-band several times to find a resolution and they made no effort to help. I explained once again that I had to have them on Sunday for our building openings. The laundry list of excuses was maddening as it was everyone's fault but theirs. It put me in a pinch, which I had to resolve another way. So I let these scammers know that I would need to refuse the package as I could not use them after Sunday. The first response back was an apology, with the words of"please refuse the package and have fedex RTS the package to me and we will reimburse your credit card". Today I get a letter from my credit card company saying the company was charging us. So get this... on top of the lousy service, they are trying to charge us the $881.00 for the product that I never touched and never had in my possession. Crooks! I'll beat this easily, just not sure if I just turn it over to an attorney and let them rack up a bill, or work through my credit card company. Don't use these scammers!
Extremely bad customer service. I was looking for a price match, they said they don't do a price match. The website stated "Satisfaction Guaranteed", but I don't care.
If I could give it less than a star I would!

They are abusing the current situation by selling overpriced PPE products.
I bought a stand and a dispenser and a dispenser. First the dispenser was leaking, I ordered another one and the same issue happened. I then reached out to see what I needed to return this and get a refund since it didn't make sense for me to continue to have faulty dispensers shipped over and over again.
I find out that they conveniently have a no return policy. I understand if I wanted to return the hand sanitizer - which again, don't buy, it leaves your hands sticky! - but I am returning two things that will serve me no good.
Every company right now is doing its best to provide things to keep their employees safe and then you find these companies that are just abusing the situation.
I am very disappointed and hope that this review helps other people.
They might be good at wristbands but NOT AT PPE.
I ordered $50 worth of batteries from them. They shipped the wrong batteries and will not take returns nor refund my money.
I would rate them less than a 1 if possible. I placed a rather large order on 5/15/20 and as of 7/24/20 I have yet to receive all of it, even though the site advertises it is in supply and ships same day. What has been delivered is packaged very poorly; flimsy box and no bubble wrap or support inside of the box. I am surprised that the liquid had not been spilled everywhere. One box was returned to them because the label was damaged so badly the shipper couldn't read the receiving address. Now, one is stuck in a warehouse somewhere with probably the same issue. Just about every time I email them I get a standard form reply. The last email had the link to FedEx on it so I reached out to them. They said the shipper has to start a process for lost package. I have requested a refund, but it is never acknowledged that I asked for one.
I feel like they should have know that and are just blowing me off. I am so tired of dealing with this company and will never order ANYTHING from them again!
I ordered 3 of their products and one of them arrived defective. Doesn't turn on at all. I contacted them about sending it back for a refund, and they have given me the complete run around for months. Still no refund. Do not trust this company.
I purchased some "medi gowns" on 4/9/20 with a promised delivery date of 4/24/20. The "medi gowns" arrived 5/15/20 but they weren't medical gowns. At first, wrist-band refused a refund but I insisted that they issue me a refund because it was blatant false advertising. After about a 10-minute phone conversation, they agreed to issue me a refund. I paid an additional $60 to send it back via FedEx which they received in May. It's 7/20/20 and I still haven't received my refund. They've been giving me the runaround since the end of May. Every couple days they'll come up with a new excuse and false promises of crediting my account within 5-7 business days. On 7/16/20 they emailed me stating that they were having "technical difficulties" and that they wouldn't be able to refund my credit card account but instead would have to send me a check by mail.

I ordered alcohol wipes from them that they said were in stock. I even called before I ordered to make sure, and they told me they were in stock. They were supposed to arrive on 7/8 and did not receive them. I called and they told me they were damaged in shipping (BS), and that I would see them in a week. Still haven't seen them. I can't get a hold of anyone anymore. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
A week after the order was placed and my card run the same day, and receiving an email saying it had been shipped, and two days past the promised delivery date the Fedex Tracking still doesn't show a delivery date, but shows it as Pending. A call to the company, discovered that the item was not in fact shipped yet and when I said I'd be disputing the order and wanted to speak to a manager, the heavily accented person hung up. I called the card company and put in a dispute and asked for a reversal of the charge. I hope you are reading this before ordering and not after. Eric K
Unfortunatell I can not give a quarter star. I had 15 minutes asking a simple question. "The price of the disinfectant is $25 per liter?" as you can imagin the "EXPERT" try to avoid the answer with different counter-questions intead with a franc answer. To my first question "The price of the disinfectant is $25 per liter?" the answer was, how many you need?. My second anask was: "I just want to know, the base price for ONE liter?", just he did not understand the question, tha answer was: "That depends on the amount you order. So How many you need?.
I told that I'm not a Health care institution or company, just a regular customer. In short, they are not interested to give answers, just sale. Zero customer support.
This company PROMISED a delivery date and they were TWO MONTHS LATE. The customer service is non existent, no one answers the phone or replies to emails. They flat out REFUSED to refund my order. (*When I finally did get someone on the phone) I would NOT USE THIS COMPANY for anything. Its a scam.
I ordered three automatic hand sanitizer dispensers. I needed them by June 5,2020 and the only way to get them that soon was to pay for Rush Shipping. With the rush shipping, the dispensers were "guaranteed" to arrive by June 3,2020. If I was willing to wait until June 8, the shipping would be free. The dispensers did not arrive until June 9,2020. I have made several attempts to hold wrist-band.com accountable and they have dismissed my concerns. The only concession on their part was to refund a portion of the rush shipping that I originally paid. The original charge for shipping was $68.98 and the refund was only $30.00. Wrist-band.com makes false claims on their website and they do not deliver on their promises. They know that most people will believe their lies and make the purchase and then be powerless to do anything about it. The only reason that I rated them one star was because I didn't see an option to give them anything less.
This is a $#*!ed up company with bunch of $#*!ing airheads running it, do not buy anything from these $#*!s.
They take your money and sending you the used items and try to return it for refund, you never see that again.
As an essential business, we are required to stay open. I purchased several automatic hand sanitizer dispensers and they are ALL dripping when not in use and turned off! I contacted customer service for a solution. I was not looking for a refund, I was genuinely looking for a solution. Below is a word-for-word response to my question:
Me: I ordered several automatic hand sanitizer dispensers and they are all defective. They are all dripping when not in use. How do we fix this?
Customer Rep (Aish): How is it possible that all of them are defective? Are they? Please send the video for each on to *******@wrist-band.com. Whats the exact issue? Please call on *******178
Me: That is what I am wondering. How are they all defective? They are all dripping. Below is a photo. It dripped so much that it looks like it's dripping from 3 locations. I've asked the other locations to send me videos, so I will send those upon receipt.
Customer Rep (Lulu): Kindly let us know how many of products you got defective and show us all the defected products in short videos as it is not possible that it all get defected.
Me: Hi, I am still gathering the videos as the products are not all here in the office with me. You still have not provided any solution in regards to the two stands that I did provide photos of. How do we fix the dripping? Is it fixable?
I sent photos of the defective products and this was the next response:
Customer Service Rep (Victor): Please be informed if you open the front bracket. You will see a nozzle which can be changed. Might be a nozzle issue.
Me: How do I change the nozzle? It only came with one.
Customer Service Rep (Victor): The pictures had been shared with the production team. Please wait while we update on the issue from our production house.
My support ticket was closed after Victor's last response and it was marked as "RESOLVED". Now tell me, what was resolved? I contact customer service again, and was not given and ETA, a solution, NOTHING!
This is the WORST customer service I have every dealt with. The prices are ridiculous! It cost over $300 a unit.

I had placed an order on June 4 and was told it would ship within a few days. On June 6, I received an email that the product shipped. Today, June 16,2020... the product is still "pending" in China. The credit card has been charged. I was not made aware that this product was coming from China... which of course would cause a delay. I have contacted their sales department, but have not heard back. I am not happy.
Do not expect your order to arrive the time that they say on the website, plan for 2 weeks later. They have horrible customer service so should you need their help, good luck! I recommend trying another company.
I ordered somethng I needed urgently for someon'e funeral. I paid the extra for ovenight shipping. A week later it is still not here. They blame COVID because it is coming out of China. But they knew in advance that there was virtually no chance I was going to get that order. They should be honest. An important moment we planned to remember the tragic death of a 26 year-old was lost. Total disregaard for their customers.
Have no problem with ordering and delivery. I sign up for standard delivery and it takes 7 to 10 days to get delivered. The package is always here within that time. Communications are clear and fast.
Answer: They have no customer service. No on answers the 800 phone number, they do not reply to emails, and the chat box on their site is worthless. AVOID THIS COMPANY
