Ordered Hand Sanitizer on May 06 and was supposed to be delivered on 05/14, called and chatted twice with 2 different representatives, both of them gave different answers. Not Shipping on Time, date was postponed since it has not gone into production. Very rude. Called and was on hold for 40 minutes, rep came on line and put me on hold speaking a foreign language and disconnected the call when told that I am checking on an existing order. J

COMPLETE FRAUD PROFITEERING OFF A CRISIS.
(I agree with other reviewers - the same things happened to me).
1) Selling PPE equipment they never had;
2) Selling at exorbitant prices because they promise quick expedited deliveries;
3) You pay and your order never arrives;
4) Multiple emails inquiries push their fake delivery dates out over and over;
5) You can't reach anyone directly via customer service phone and the website's chat feature is outright fraudulent;
6) The product never ships;
7) They do not issue a refund;
8) I had to dispute the charge though my credit card company to get my money back many weeks later.
THIS IS A FULL SCAM.
They are in Sugarland Tx. Someone from TX needs to class action sue them in TX court.

Placed an order. Items were "in Stock" with 2 day shipping. There Items are a little higher priced than other, but I was fooled thinking I would get a better product, and better service. Boy oh boy, was I wrong. Items should have been delivered several days ago, and they still have not been shipped. Contacted the business and was told, our "Vendors" are out of stock and running behind. Your items should ship in the next few days. Blah, blah, blah. More of these companies trying to collect money for items, products and services they cant deliver on. I had other options to purchase items from to keep my customers & employees safe. This company has obviously gotten into a market created by the Covid-19, just to cash in. Go someplace else and support honest businesses.

Let me save you a lot of trouble -- do not buy anything from this company. If you have and are trying to get a refund, the only way to get your money back is to file a dispute with your credit card company. My experience was a total fraud. 3 missed promised delivery dates, multiple chat interactions repeating the same talking points, couldn't get a refund. After I filed a dispute, they generated a FedEx tracking number to make it look like my product had shipped. 5 days later FedEx still shows, "label created" status with no tracking info. The product never did ship. Customer service is non-existent, can't reach anyone on the phone. The chat feature is very quick to respond "shipping today" without taking any time to actually look into your order. Pure scam. After they refused to give me a refund and after the third day of them saying "shipping today", I was able to successfully get this fraudulent activity credited back to my card.

I ordered 2 boxes of gloves, one size medium and one large. It took forever for them to arrive and I received 2 boxes of size medium gloves. Upon sending them a message and a photo of the two boxes, I was told to be patient they were busy. Then when they did respond they said I had to ship them back one of the boxes and I had to pay for the postage for the return. They won't send my correct order. Do not do business with them!

Bought safety items on April 8th and paid 2 day air for guaranteed delivery for April 10th. Never said Out of Stock anywhere. Took my money and like pulling teeth to get my items. After 3 weeks of being jerked off i filed a dispute today with CC company. Look at my invoice posted. Arrival date of April 10th! Still has NOT shipped.
ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE! The Absolute WORST! Refused to credit my account.
NOT a Made in the USA company that is certain.

Bad in every way. In a panic I bought PPE at a horrible---I mean HORRIBLE----price. Then I waited. And waited. Delivery date came and went. A "24/7 chat line" link leads you to a bunch of self-serving videos. Emails get responses in broken English. Vague promises. Lies. Oh and look at the "terms and conditions"---the worst I've ever seen. They charge for fixing a mistake you've made in the address or cancelling BEFORE shipment.

I started to place an order for nitrile gloves. They advertise 100 gloves for $24.61. I little high, but not terrible. So, I clicked that I wished to get 2 packs of 100 gloves. They ask that you click the delivery option. (1) May 8 (2) May some time later. I clicked May 8 only to find that they would then charge me $16.96 PER 100 gloves to ship them. So, that would mean $83.14 for 200 gloves. ONE delivery to ONE address = $33.92 for shipping? That would make the gloves $41.57 for each 100. They laughingly have options for a lesser cost per 100 the more 100's you order. Beware! If you were to order 600 gloves, they will charge you 6 times the shipping cost! Sad!

I ordered disposable gloves (L) at an exorbitant price. They sent me (M) which was clearly marked on the box and would not fit. I provided evidence at which point they claimed one size fits all. So I sent an official online complaint with photos of my receipt and the wrong product to the Texas Attorney General 's online. I live smack in the middle of the biggest Covid hot spot in the world, have two prexisting conditions and I desperately needed some gloves tp procure supplies.
