TOTAL PHONIES

Total Phonies. They advertise on their website that they have everything in house and they ship in 24 hours... lol. Well it's 8 days later, not even a tracking number. I called the company and got an inconsiderate *sshole on the phone and he told me that I should read the disclaimer on the website. Huh? Now I have to fight for the refund. Save yourself the hassle, this company is fugazy.

I ordered on April 5 and paid for overnight delivery. Today is April 16 and have not received order. I tried to cancel and get refund and they state PPE product are not returnable. My argument is I have not received them to return them. I have since ordered from Groupons and have received same items and much cheaper. Fraud Company

I ordered 2 infrared thermometers on April 6. Their website stated they would arrive April 8. April 8 came and went with no thermometers. Called on Monday stating I wanted to cancel the order as their misleading website/shipping time caused me to purchase elsewhere. They said no problem, send an email, and I would be fully refunded. I did so and kept getting the run around. Decided I had enough and disputed with my credit card company. They state they are in Texas, but I receive replies from them starting at 7 PM east coast time through the night. I suspect they are located overseas (Singapore maybe?) and the Texas address is simply a front. Stay away unless you enjoy being lied to.

Buyer beware...
April 15, 2020

I ordered 100 pairs of disposable rubber gloves and paid extra for overnight shipping. 2 days goes by and I had to contact them to ask about the delivery only to be told my product has not even shipped. I when I inquired when I would receive it they stated "maybe" in a week or two. I specifically asked them via their online chat if the product was out of stock or would it be delayed. They reassured me I would have it within 48 hours. Do not trust them. Lets hope my refund request goes better!

Rip Off
April 8, 2020

I bought two items on 6th of April. They were face masks and a thermometer as I cant find any here at home due to hoarding ( corona virus) I paid 29.99 for expedited shipping. They didnt mail items until the 8th. ( the day I was supposed to recieve them.) I still havent got them obviously. I give them 1 star because there is no rating under that.

Everything on their website is a LIE! The products are horrible and the customer service is even worse! They lie and say they have a 100% Money Back Guarantee if you're not satisfied, but they don't refund any money. You can never speak to a supervisor and they have a Texas number but you can never speak to anyone in Texas. They are the absolute WORSE... I just cant say it enough! They have all of these big name company logos at the bottom of their website but I'm pretty sure they've never printed anything for any of those companies. I'm going to dispute my purchase with my credit card company since they don't honor their money-back guarantee.

Horrible Quality Product

The product I ordered looked NOTHING like the proof I was sent. I had requested purple glitter ink for my bracelet order and what I got was a MESS of Gold glitter sprinkled all over the bracelets. When I sent a message about being unhappy they explained that the only option they had for glitter was the gold, I could have purple ink and they would sprinkle Gold on it. When I pointed out that is NOT how they advertised they offered me a discounted discounted rate on my next order and when I stated that I would NOT be doing another order they offered me $20... for my $168 order! I would NEVER recommend this company to Anyone!

False Advertising

We ordered wrist bands a few months ago... satisfied with the quality.
A few weeks ago they sent us an email with a 10% off offer. Since we had a plan to order more, we went ahead and ordered a few hundreds more. Wrist-band.com always gives 10% discount on their website. Thought it'd be a good deal with the extra 10% email offer they sent us... but they insisted we can only use one. Anyways we just used the website automatic 10% off and ordered (expecting delivery next week). It showed we would get $12 credit (5% of last order) towards next order.
Right now, we were ready to order wristbands of different design and color. As I stated there is always the 10% discount on the website... but they refused to honor the $12 credit stating only one discount can be used!
This is purely false advertising!

When they called to follow up with the order I am trying to submit, I wanted to talk to a manager, the agent said I can do that through email.
I emailed asking how I can contact a manager, you can see their email response ( pls see pic).

Absolutely unprofessional!

Good experience

I was very nervous to order from this company because of ALL of the negative reviews I saw! However, I had a GREAT experience. I ordered 200 wristbands and got 100 (300 total) for free for less than $80. I ordered wristbands for fundraising for my scholarship foundation that my wife and I started. I ordered my wristbands on a Saturday and received my wristbands 5 days later on a Thursday the day before it was expected to be delivered! The quality is pretty good and I don't have any complaints. I will say that they are made directly in China and shipped from China through FedEx, so I made sure that someone was home to sign for my package. I will surely go though this company again, best price for a lot of quantity and pretty good quality!

TERRIBLE SERVICE TWICE

With first order they got area code wrong side I had to stop shipment by canceling through my card second time i ordered large wrist bands They Sent Me Toddler Size! FOR A HUMAN TRAFFICKING CAMPAIGN! When i called they said too late its shipped... so $80 blew! DO NOT SPEND UR MONEY THERE!

I ordered two products from wrist-band.com. I ordered silicon wristbands, which arrived on time and looked great. I also ordered hand fans and here is where I started seeing their true colors. I ordered the fans for an event. The promised date stated on the website was acceptable. Ordering was a bit clugy, but I proceeded nonetheless. I ordered both at the same time and waited for their arrival. The wristbands arrived on time, and as I said earlier, they looked great. The promise date came and went for the fans. I ended up calling and inquiring. They told me they had already been shipped. When they finally arrived, too late for my event, I might add, they were not what I ordered. I ordered brown plastic handles, which was one of the offerings. They arrived with wooden handles. I reached out to customer service and it took over a week for a reply. When they finally responded, they said they substituted the wooden handles because the others would have taken too long and so they figured I would prefer the wooden handles sooner than the plastic handles later. WRONG! Don't try to read my mind, ask me! I told them that I approved the proof with the brown plastic handles and that is what I wanted. They asked me to just take a discount on the product. I told them I do not want a discount, I want what I ordered. That was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a response. As I said, the wristbands were fine. The fans are a disaster. What are you supposed to gather from this? That you have a 50/50 chance at getting what you order if they are not the wristbands. That's about all I can figure. I just want you to know what happened to me so you can keep it in the back of your mind if you go off script and order anything other than wristbands. Good luck!

This is absolutely the worst company you could ever deal with. I ordered wristbands to use for my father's funeral overseas. They made a guarantee that I will get the wristbands two days before my travel date. One day before traveling, I had not received the items and made several calls to their customer service. I even offered to pay extra so the items could be shipped overnight. They assured me I would get them the next day. The bands finally arrived five days after I traveled. Now I'm stuck with 500 worthless wristbands and they refused to refund the money even though it was entirely their fault. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with any company.

Here is a huge shout out to the wrist-band team for the excellent products and services which they provide. I ordered tyvek wristbands for a pool competition and the design I gave turned out to be really well. The competition ran for three days and the contestants who cleared the rounds wore the bands for three days without any hassle. The bands were extremely good in quality, also the colors and designs did not fade way even after continues water exposure. The price I got was amazing and I would surely come back to hem for buying custom wristbands further. If you also want to make your eents and parties fun and interesting then go for these bands which come in different textures and materials. Choose from the widest color range at the lowest possible price. I am happy to choose them for the school event.

I ordered bracelets for a church camp. I paid $30 for expedited processing and delivery. The company mailed the bracelets 2 days before the guaranteed delivery date but did not pay for 2-day shipping. When I called, they blamed USPS even though they didn't choose proper shipping and failed to refund the money for shipping. The rep was extremely rude and unhelpful and made no effort to remedy the company's mistake. His behavior was downright embarrassing and I will never order from this company again.

Do NOT deliver your order on promised deliver date. I paid a lot of extra money for expedited shipping and production. Then just try to track your order. All they do is have you enter your order number and email address promising to send you an email response... I have tried to track my order probably eight times and have never received an email response.
I placed my order on the internet because I could not understand the "outsourced" operator. When I called to track my order... they just kept putting me back to wait in line recording.
My credit card has been charged the total amount even though they knew when they placed the charge that they had already not fulfilled the order in the timeline promised.
These bracelets were for a young man's funeral to pass out. The funeral was yesterday and we still do not have the bracelets... they were suppose to be here on the day before the funeral.
I would not use this company again... I hope at this point that I get what I ordered and that they will adjust the amount they charged me for not fulfilling the order on time.
