I ordered these custom cups for m y wedding, they were super easy to upload my designs and came super quick! Would purchase again!
The proof was shared with me and all was in order, the delivery was on time and the item was impressive. Our in-house photographer was raving about how professional it looks and the weight of the material allowed the step&repeat to be straight with no creases and ready to be used. The stand is sturdy as well.
This has been one of the most frustrating vendor experiences I have ever had.
I placed my order for 200 T-shirts on Wednesday, January 21st (Order #IME9136B4855), allowing what should have been more than adequate production and delivery time. I clearly stated—multiple times—that these shirts were required no later than February 11th for a Theatre Anniversary event. I selected this company specifically because I was told the shirts were scheduled to arrive by February 4th.
On February 6th, after receiving no shipping confirmation or updates, I called to check on the status. I was then told the shirts were still in the middle of production and would not be delivered until February 16th—five days after the event they were ordered for.
To make matters worse, I was informed that if I wanted the shirts any sooner, I would need to pay an additional $300 for "rush" shipping—for a delay that was entirely caused by their failure to meet their own stated timeline. Paying extra still would not meet the originally promised date.
Charging a customer hundreds of dollars to compensate for your own missed estimates is unacceptable. The lack of proactive communication, missed deadlines, and shifting responsibility onto the customer reflects extremely poor business practices.
This order was for a milestone anniversary event. Instead of reliability, I received delays, excuses, and an unexpected surcharge. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company—especially if your order is time-sensitive.
My experience was great. The colors popped. The assistance with my order was very helpful. The response time on my questions was quick. The tattoo came out Awesome. I will be telling all my friends to use 24 Hour Wristbands.
I had to upgrade my prints to "all over prints" to get the sizing to not be super small which was unexpected and charged me more for. The prints of this style do look good as they are sublimated and then stitched.
The white print on black koozies are less than great. The print isn't as detailed as I would like. There seems to be a little bit of misalignment with the print. The print is thick but seems to already have cracked.
The ordering process was easy. Updates were provided along the way. Order fulfillment was timely and the quality of the product is outstanding!
Experience was good overall, i do wish the proof was sent to my email instead of on the site which caused a delay in my order being here when expected.
I ordered stadium cups for my sister's birthday. They arrived quickly and are perfect. The process to design them was easy to use. I will use this company again.
Order was received on time as promised and product was great. However, there was no proof read or quality check offered to the customer in the process... before production. This gap increases the risk of reject, refund request and customer service issues. Although my product was free from errors this time, it's worth considering

Logo. The logo looked (and even felt) so good, and the color was perfect (which I was worried about.) and the order arrived just in time!

We have placed multiple orders with this company and previously had good experiences, which is why we felt confident ordering again for a trade show. Unfortunately, this order was a major disappointment.
Half of our order was printed correctly and matched our previous orders, with a smooth, high-quality finish. The other half was produced using a completely different method and material that felt like a paper sticker applied to the product. That portion of the order was blurry, pixelated, and visibly lower quality, making the items unusable and unprofessional to distribute.
Additionally, the final product did not match the digital proof. The printed artwork was significantly smaller than what was shown and approved on the computer proof, which further impacted the appearance and usability of the product. What you see in the proof is not necessarily what you will receive.
When we contacted customer service, we were told they use multiple printing facilities and printing methods and cannot guarantee consistent quality or results from one order to the next. For a company producing branded promotional products, this is an unacceptable standard. Businesses depend on vendors to deliver consistent, proof-approved products, especially when brand reputation is at stake.
We asked that they either refund our money or reprint our product. Instead, we were offered only a 25% refund for unusable merchandise. We accepted the partial refund solely to close the matter, but we will not be using this company again. If you require reliable quality and consistency, this is not your place.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.
