Customer service folks are great but when it came to delivering on promises, they fell short. My order was supposed to be GUARANTEED DELIVERY by 12/19/25. On 12/20, I still had only received 3 of the 32 shirts ordered. They told me the others were STILL IN PRODUCTION (the day after they were supposed to have been delivered). They were supposed to be a surprise for Christmas Eve and I had to leave for Christmas Eve without them. They finally arrived CHRISTMAS EVE. Too late. Nice quality shirts, but too bad... no one got to receive them.
First package arrived empty. The order was replaced quickly and easily.
First time ordering and it was great. Delivery was fast and delivered on the date expected. In plenty of time for Christmas. Great quality and the employees loved them.
There was a little misunderstanding about the promised delivery date so I didn't get the wristbands that I ordered by I was accommodated with a different style which I was okay with.

The cups arrived a day early and they looked amazing.
For the most part, they turned out incredible. However, several matchbox labels are misaligned and not fitted properly. That would be my only piece of feedback.
We ordered logo drawstring bags as part of a staff gift, and we are so please with the quality of the print design! These definitely surpassed our expectation.
The sweatshirts came out nice and as expected, but as a warning to anyone ordering, the create/ship time can be long. I received an email advertising last chance to order thanksgiving items- I ordered the day the email came but didn't pay extra for the "guaranteed" delivery (it was almost $10 per shirt extra) since I thought the email meant they'd arrive in time. Unfortunately for me that wasn't the case- we received them December 3rd and they were useless by then. I tried to cancel my order before they were made but they didn't let me. The email/advertisement was misleading but lesson learned on my part

I have used them twice for some stadium cups for my business and they have turned out great both times. Definitely recommend them for your needs!
My order was not placed as noted. I asked for no background with all (4) buttons, made sure I checked it, twice, even reviewed and accepted, and only one came with 'no background'.
