Great product and delivery was quick. Only problem was I thought I was going to pay one price based on my order but wound up paying more because of add ons that didn't show on original order. I was informed before I paid for the order. However, I think that should have been on original order.
I was impressed with the speed and quality of the wristbands.
I just did not like the hidden extra charges that do not appear in the site until you hit accept plus I did not received an invoice with my order. And the costumer service on the phone is very impolite. But the production and the costumer service on line is really good.
Customer service representatives need to be more professional. One rep left a message on my voice mail that I could hardly decipher.

I know when I ordered them I saw a downloadable directions on how to apply, wish you guys would have put the directions in with the order. Oh well.
I am going back on the site to download the directions and print them.

I like the product. I wish that my order status would have been updated more often. I waited over a month for my wristbands and had to make numerous calls to customer service to find out where the production status was at because it wasn't updated. I was told twice I'd hear back with an answer and never did. It took so long, and I never got answers that I had honest concerns that I was being ripped off at times. The company shouldn't be allowed to display production times, because they are completely false. Mine told me six days. As I said though, I do like the product I received. Just don't order if you're in a rush!
