I needed masks and they were delivered quickly and were of good quality
There was a problem in the shipment process, and you guys wound up sending the order twice, once via UPS, and a few days later via FedEx. Pretty crazy. AND I wanted the 's' at the end of warriors, but it wouldn't fit, but when I opened the package, it looked as though the 's' would've fit EASILY! Im afraid to order from here again
Arrived 7 days later than date stated when I placed my order. Banner on website states, "Order Today, Ships Tomorrow!. Complete Lie!
Products were good. Customer Service and order processing is very disorganized!

Fulfilled purpose
I needed 30 personalized masks asap for a surprise, socially distanced, birthday gathering. The 24 hour customer service helped me choose a product that was immediately available and were in constant communication from ordering to production to delivery. Despite issues from the pandemic and weather conditions enroute, the rush order arrived a day early! They were a big hit!
I will absolutely recommend this company and use them again.

I was ready place a fairly big order but had a handful of questions i needed answered first. I tried their chat messenger, i only got a hello from someone named Jeralen. I asked my questions, but nothing. No matter what said thereafter - nothing. I told them i was going to leave a bad review if they did not help me - still nothing.
Also of note, i was considering buying one of the custom printed facemasks for our business, but to buy one (just to see how it fit) was $10, but to ship it was $16. Would have $26 just to see if this mask fit properly.
Needless to say, i left the site and never placed my order. They lost out on a few hundred dollars from me just now.
This is a horrific scam of a business. I have been waiting for my $200 order indefinitely and received completely bogus messages from their representatives. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The advertised "save 10%" special code does not work and was told by a customer service rep that even though it says SITEWIDE, my item on the site was excluded from the offer... otherwise excellent.
Product material I think was a bit high but your service and friendliness offset the cost comparison to others making you a PRIME BUSINESS to continue doing future business with.
