The chat was nice but the person I was talking to said that the buttons would come out the way I put them in. That did not happen

We ordered the wristbands with tabs in a blue. They turned out great!

I tried to reorder on the phone and I was cut off 5 times. I could hear the operators but they could not hear me! I finally ordered online and Murphy was there to help me.
