This is my 3rd order with different designs. The process is fairly seamless. I had my own artwork every time and the delivery was pretty quick/accurate. I did not choose the China route because from experience the delivery time with other companies from China is a huge risk if you have a deadline - i'm not sure if it's different with 24hour but I'm not going to risk it for small quantity party favors that I need in 3-4 weeks max. Oh yeah, and 'Merica, that's why!

I initially ordered some koozies for my friends 40th birthday on March 11, however; there seemed to have been some type of computer glitch and the order was never processed. I spoke to Max today, April 11, and explained the situation and told him I needed the koozies by April 13. Max worked diligently to get the order rushed out. The order was prepared immediately and scheduled to be same day shipped on April 12. Thank you Max and the entire staff for providing excellent customer service! Max took what couldve been a negative situation and turned it into an extremely positive one. I will be using them again thats for sure.

I had to speak with 3 different people via 2 automated calls and an email to get my order pushed to production, 5 days after I submitted my order. Within seconds the first representative told me their emails "always go to spam so you should have checked there and you would have seen it". I was then called the next day to confirm AGAIN that the image I chose was fine, but no one could answer whether the typeface would be printed clearly despite my image choice, although they did tell me I would have to pay an EXTRA $26 to get them to me on the originally agreed upon date which I paid for "American Production" $0.99/Unit (to keep jobs in America yet their call center is in India) and "RUSH" shipping starting at $1.33/Unit and up. After all of this, I received an email the NEXT DAY requesting my confirmation before going to production.

I'd like to keep going but the incompetency of this company knows no bounds and I have actual work to do. The koozies were a hit but I'll never order from this company again.
