Very reputable company

While ordering parts for my vehicle, I inadvertently ordered the parts for a different model of my car. Apprehensively I contacted the help line expecting a nightmare of problems exchanging these parts. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I was treated kindly, helped to get the correct parts and expedited service, to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible.

I've been slowly ordering parts for my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and they are very reasonable and a lot of the parts come in full kits like for the steering and suspension so you can get it all at one time. Shipping was free and very fast

GREAT DEAL GREAT PARTS

IM REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SIDE MIRROW I PURCHASE ON MY 2015 GMC YUKON THE PRICE WAS MORE THEN HALF OFF THE PRICE THEN THE DEALERSHIP PRICE I RECIVE THE PART ON TIME AND IT FIT GOOD ON MY TRUCK.

Poor customer service
October 8, 2018

Horrible customer service... your sales representative was well aware I had factory mirrors the first time when I spoke with them prior to ordering; as well as sent me an additional link to purchase another mirror glass following this for my factory mirror when the first one knowing and documented in your system, your notes, that did not fit because I did not have your mirror mount. You are willing to lose a customer over this poor customer service? Additionally how long do I have to stay on hold "estimated wait time is less than 5 minutes". I will never use your products or support your company again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about your poor customer service as well as happily providing an accurate reviews of this due to misleading support. It is a shame you are more then willing to up-sell me another mirror knowing I have factory mirrors and they will not work; but will push more stuff that wont fit properly. All I want is for A1 to pay the return shipping and I walk away and you are not willing.

Part came when it was originally supposed to so I've changed my review, it seems it was no fault of the supplier but of UPS. Part came and used their video to install. Worked great and my son can finally drive again without it dying or not starting up.

Scammed
July 12, 2018

Ordered a hummer h2 door handle over a month ago.
Never did receive my paid for item.
Called 1aauto.com phone number inactive.
No help and still no item. I will be reporting this to the authorities and I would never recommend ordering from this site.

Their selection is good; I needed a full front suspension kit for my 99 Honda and they had it. But, the prices are not the best. I found another place, Detroit Axle that sold the same things/brand parts for less. I asked whether they would price match anyone, and they refused, so I went and got my full suspension kit at Detroit Axle instead. I think that they'll be more competitive if they keep the prices more competitive. Talking about same kind of brand parts; Moog, etc., not an sort of knockoff no-name brand.

I ordered a blower motor resistor on Wednesday night at 7:30 pm and chose the 2 day shipping, as I needed the part by Saturday. 1A Auto uses UPS for their deliveries; and although Saturday was Veteran's Day, UPS delivers on this holiday. I tracked the order and the part arrived in the UPS store near me on Friday Nov. 10, so I was sure I would get it on time, but I did not receive the part. I checked my email and saw an email from UPS saying that the item is scheduled for delivery on Monday, Nov. 13, five days after I placed my order. The cost of the 2 day delivery was $13.73, which I may as well have flushed down the toilet because this was a wasted charge. I called customer service and was told that 1A Auto has a contract with UPS and that they are contracted to deliver parts on week days only. The customer service rep stated that there is a disclaimer about 2 and next day shipping on their website stating this; and there is. However, I have never come across this issue with any other online merchant in all my years of online shopping. When I see two day shipping, that is what it means to me, and most likely to everyone else who chooses this option; so naturally, one would expect their purchased items to be at their location in 2 days period, not 2 business days. In my opinion, this is a method to milk extra money out of the consumer. I told the rep that I was not happy about having paid for 2 day and receiving my item 5 days later and that I would not be purchasing another item from 1A Auto. She told that that was my option. This shows how little they value their customers. Customer service is everything, so I can see why they are receiving such bad reviews. BUYER BEWARE, as the saying goes. I will be posting another review once I get the part I ordered noting its condition and quality.

Dont waste your time

You will not receive your part on time! I ordered a part on Thursday and they called me on Monday to inform me that they were out of stock... this was left on my messaging machine. I called them back to discuss my options, they informed me that there was an error and they did have the items in stock and for the inconvenience they were going to expedite the shipping and I would have the parts by Thursday... They called me on Wednesday afternoon to inform me that they did not have the items in stock and wont for another 2 months! Also while on the phone with them I looked online and it says the parts are in stock and ready to ship next day.
Mean while I have a vehicle at the shop that is inoperable without the parts, this was by far the most difficult time I have had dealing with any auto parts company. Go somewhere else because the price is not worth dealing with such unknown. They are cheap and seem more like a SCAM then anything else. Pay the extra 10 or 20 bucks and know that your parts will get there when you need them from a place that will tell you straightforward whether something is in stock or not.
They did inform me that the system can take up to 48 hours in order to know if a part is on back order. So they are LIARS and cannot offer next day delivery even if you put an order in before 4pm. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Waste of Time and Money!

I ordered a pair of "1998 BMW 528i Rear Power Window Regulator With Motor" for a steal of $98. I went to several car part shops and even the junkyards, and all charged over $150 simply for a single Window Regulator WITHOUT a motor. I am a poorass college student, so I wasn't going to pay that much for a USED piece. That's how I came upon 1A Auto's offer of BRAND NEW window regulators WITH motors for $98. They saved me $$$, so I am extremely happy with this auto part store.
Also, I am from Southern California and it took 3-business days to arrive at my home (Ordered late on Mon.; Shipped Tues.; arrived at 3 PM on Fri.).

P. S- I hesitated to order from 1A Auto at first simply due to the reviews. However, after doing my own research, 1A Auto definitely checks out. Plus, people are primarily complaining about the shipping time when all they had to do is READ THEIR SHIPPING ESTIMATE MAP/POLICIES.

I ordered tpms sensors for my 2012 Toyota Camry se when placing the order no one told me you need to buy the tool from dorman to programs them witch cost $300 on top of the $215 for the sensors when I called them they said O sorry about that I sent them back it took over two weeks to get my refund plus if you call you will be put on hold and wait for ever only to be hung up on the customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with don't please don't ever use 1A morons auto they will lie to you Abe rip you off scammers
