If you're looking for a company to cancel your order after taking money out of your bank account, look no further! I bought two identical kits for my Porsche Cayenne, about $900, and after receiving confirmation that my orders were successful, I received an email that my order was cancelled- but my money still was not returned back to my account.

7 days later after my order was cancelled and my money gone, the money finally showed back up into my account after being told 1-3 business days for my money to be refunded. After I calmed down, I decided, hey accididents happen, and I decided to give them another shot.

Today I placed an order for the same thing, and twenty minutes late, guess what? Order was cancelled with no reason and once again they're holding onto my money for 7 more days!

These people are crooks and have no problem taking your money and taking their time giving it back. They offered nothing in terms of compensation, not even expedited shipping. I charged back my first purchase and told them if it comes to my door I will not accept the package.

I would rather receive a flaming bag of dung for the money I spent than ever have to do business with these incompetent, unintelligible thugs.

Save your money and time, it's worth the extra 20% markup to buy from someone else if that means refusing business with these hacks.

Order was cancelled without my knowledge per some security policy that you have to be In the same zip code when you order to protect people from using stolen credit cards. This means you can't order from work or anywhere outside if there zip code. I was just one city over. I can see if I was in a different state. I ordered my parts for the next day but wasted my time. I love their videos so I just thought I'd give them a try but I never will again. Amazon or Ebay for me from now on.

1aauto it self is good and the shipping was good but the TRQ parts they sell are junk ordered the struts and shocks and they sucked could have bought some from a wreck and they would have been better than these. If you use 1aauto do yourself a favor and spend the extra on a good brand.

I got stuck in CA with a broken down truck, and no auto parts stores had my parts. Ordered the parts overnight because I needed to get back home to UT. Order got cancelled without sending me an email. So on the day of delivery I call in and they couldn't find the order! I heard great things about this company. Just sad that on my first order I got screwed.

I ordered a part from them, based on THEIR shipping estimate. I needed it no later than the weekend, as the person completing the repair would be out of town for 2 weeks. I decided to order it based on the fact their shipping estimate stated that delivery would be by the weekend.
Once the day of delivery came, I rechecked tracking to see if there was a specific time range. Delivery had now changed to Monday. I e-mailed the company, advising them if my displeasure. They advised me that shipping is 3-5 business days. I responded, letting them know that Friday was 5 days. Not Monday. They responded stating that the package didn't go out until end of day Monday, so Friday would be 3 business days.
Except I have an email from Sunday at 4:55 pm that my item shipped (the order was placed at 9:23 am Sunday) So which is it? Did my item ship at 4:55 pm Sunday or end of day Monday? And if it was ready to ship 4:55 Sunday, why didn't it go out first thing Monday, instead of end of day Monday, causing a full day's delay, that made all the difference?
The money you may save on their parts aren't worth the added inconvenience or BS their unhelpful customer service reps feed you.
Buy local. Or try a different company. I won't buy from them again and I'm still considering sending the parts back, I'm so upset.
Don't provide a shipping estimate UNTIL the part is ACTUALLY out thr door if you're going to allow it to sit at your facility a full day.

Horrible

I've been waiting WELL over a month for 1 part that I was told would be here after December 11th, I ordered it November 10th, they didn't notify me they didn't have the part and about 2 weeks after I ordered it I called and they said they don't get a shipment till December bc they're out, ok fine, come December I get an email it won't be till December 11th and ok that's fine. It's almost Christmas and I still don't have the part! I spend $78 on that stupid thing! Shop anywhere else but here please!

Side mirrors for vehicle
November 11, 2019

I bought two new side mirrors for my vehicle and I installed them as soon as I got them. The 1aauto has advertised them with turn signal indicators as well. All connections were installed mirrors have power and can move up and down but turning indicators do not work. I tried contacting customer service and they will complicate your return or resolution.

2013 Honda Civic Mirror

I got a drivers' side mirror for my 2013 Civic. It arrived in 4 days, free shipping. It looks just like the original and fits perfectly. I am very happy with their service. I've purchased other parts from them as well and I've had no issues with the parts or with customer service. Their DIY videos are extremely helpful and appreciated. Note: Honda wanted $245 for the mirror. I got it from 1A Auto for $55. It's hard to argue with it.

Contacted them about the poor part issue. They started, but then fell off the horse. Completely dropped the ball. Will never use them again, or reccomend them to anyone! They make it sound like their customer service is important, but is a joke to us in the field. They sell crappy parts from Korea. Beware.

I have purchased numerous parts for our family fleet of vehicles and found them to fit and function perfectly. In addition, I recently needed to return an item we ended up not needing. I went to 1A because I thought I remembered a friend recommending them. I remembered wrong. They are awful and the parts they sell are utter garbage! First off their website doesn't tell you what brand you're buying. That's a huge red flag and I would have walked away then had I not been thinking they were recommended. So I get my parts and see they're same brand as ones I'd gotten (CHEAPER) from a different vendor. I knew I should have returned them right then and there but I didn't want to deal with the hassle so I told myself maybe the other parts were just duds and I'd get lucky with these ones. Nope, garbage parts didn't work right. Eagle Eyes is the brand by the way; stay absolutely away. So I go to use their "No Hassle Warrantee" and it's nothing BUT hassles! I said hey these parts don't work they stopped working within a week and I've had nothing but trouble with the brand and don't want replacements because those won't work either. They said nope you installed them so you can only get replacements. I said I never installed the headlights. They said I can get less than half what I paid back. NO FREAKING HASSLES! You'd be better off burning your money and turning the ashes into some sort of paste and hoping it magically turns into the part you're looking for!
