Appreciate your quick response to my contact lens order, and a very reasonable price.
Buying process was easy and contacts arrived fairly quickly
Once the process was established as to getting my prescription faxed over I didn't receive confirmation for awhile and then I received a back order email notice so paid for expedited shipping. Then received an email a few days later that they'd shipped. No tracking number so yet another follow up via email.
The email quoted an incorrect arrival date of December 8. Thankfully they arrived on August 11th. Otherwise the price is good.
Will decide next time if the hassle is worth it or not.
