There was a problem with my prescription and it was convenient to get a voicemail telling me to check my email because there was a problem with my order. I was not sure what the problem was, so I called in. The person helping me let me know that I didn't need toric for both eyes but just one. She assured me that she canceled the old order and placed the correct order. She had gotten the wrong brand, so received another email telling me there was a problem. Had to call again, and then this person was able to help me get the order right this time.
