Easy to order my contacts where here with in 7 to 10 business day which was great. Over all I would recommend 1-800- contacts to people it's quick and easy.
The sales pitch said I could apply for a rebate which would lower the overall cost of the lenses. I did not receive any paperwork or instructions on how to apply for the rebate.
The in site vision test made it very easy to be able to renew my contact prescription while I waited to be able to see my regular eye doctor and ordering the lens themselves was super easy!
I received the wrong lens. I haven't opened the box, but I did put R on it. So they wouldn't take it back. I think it's ridiculous, especially since I hadn't even open the box. So now I'm stuck with the wrong lens.
I feel that if you didn't have them and had to order them yourselves, then I should have gotten priority shipping for free. I have never had to wait that long for contacts.
