It was easy to put in my prescription and find the brand of lenses that I use, however the pricing was rather deceptive. I was shown two different, much lower prices than what I actually ended up paying at checkout. The first price seen is the estimated cost AFTER you do the rebate, and BEFORE their added fees. You don't see the cost per box before the rebate until you get to the checkout page, and then your total price ends up being a lot higher than even that because they add "service fees" to your total when you check out. I thought it was pretty disingenuous to show two lower, basically fake, prices before hitting you with $150 "service fee" at checkout, raising the total cost significantly from what they initially show you. Kind of a crummy way of selling something, bait and switch pricing basically. Because of this I will most likely not order again.
How to call in change in the prescription and actually talk to a person by the second prompt.
My first pair of contact lenses were a little dry when I told them of the package. After couple hours my eyes were very dry. I don't know 🤷🏽 if I purchased in the future.

I was frustrated that I have to cut up all of my contact boxes in order to receive a rebate. If I am buying a year worth of contacts then I want the boxes to stay in tact so they will last an entire year. Next time I will be going with another company that doesn't force me to cut up my boxes for the rebate. Bad policy!
