Great Customer Service!

My order was received and processed within minutes of me submitting it around 10 p.m. within 15 minutes I was contacted that my order didnt match my subscription. I called the next day and was placed in the que for a call back that I received less than 10 minutes later. The representative was very friendly and walked me through the steps of resubmitting my order after they cancelled the previous order and placed the new order in my cart. I received my lenses 4 days later just in time for my event! I will definitely continue using this site especially since my eye doctor takes 4-6 weeks to receive an order I would then need to pick up. Highly recommend this company to my friends. Have a copy of your up to date prescription on hand to upload with your order for quick processing and delivery.

Don't pay for expedited shipping

I've paid for expedited shipping with both international shipping and otherwise, and it's definitely NOT actually expedited. Don't waste your money on it. That said I finally received my contacts while traveling across the pond and I'm very relieved about it. Thanks!

Contacts in a hurry

The first time I placed my order back in April my prescription was incorrect and it made for a small amount of confusion initially but your staff was able to help me quickly rectify the situation. Don't understand the mail in rebate

Shopping was quick and easy. Uploading prescription was a breeze. The pricing is very deceptive, it shows a great price but then says after mail in rebate. The box I received was different than I was used to and had nothing but the contacts.

Contacts were blurry

Ordering and shipping was easy. Contacts were $60 then after shipping and taxes, it was $97. Same price if I ordered from my eye care place. It looks over 2 weeks to receive them. When I received them, I couldn't see out of them. Blurry and like having double vision. Same prescription I have always had. Had to pay another $97 to get from my eye care, got it in 3 days btw, Same script, and they worked perfect. Contacted Customer service and they was was like, oh well. To bad to sad. Will never ever order from here again.

Got the contacts - but they expire in 1 year versus the contacts I got from my local provider which expire in 4 years. So this is certainly aged inventory. Also, not sure about the rebate process but about to find out if it is the nightmare I have read about after receiving my order. I don't see an easy way to communicate with the Seller about getting contacts that have more shelf life to them so to speak.

I am glad for the convenience of being able to order online and have it shipped directly to my home however, it took longer than I expected. In addition to that, I find that the selection for toric lenses to be lacking. For someone with astigmatism, I should have the same variety of options as those without.

When I went to pay, for 2 boxes of contacts for $65, there was no list of itemized list of prices. When I entered my card information and hit submit, I ended up paying $207. There was $70 in hidden fees and a long with shipping costs(which was understandable).

Took to long for the lenses to get to the warehouse and then finally shipped to my house. Hopefully for next time you stick to the promises of you carrying all brands and getting your order in a few days.
