Im not sure how far away the facility is from my current location. I wish I could have gotten them faster then a month, seeing as I really needed the refill. However I understand and appreciate the time and effort it took to deliver them. I'm sure the facility isn't always as close as they'd like.
I was told that my contacts would be overnighted to me, which I paid extra for due to my last pair of contacts being damaged. The order wasn't even processed for almost a week. When I called, I was told that the overnight shipping "only kicked in once the order was processed", which I had not been informed of before authorizing payment. No one I talked to seemed to have much information about what was going on, or what I could expect, and the person I spoke to on my second phone call was quite rude. However, I did finally get my contacts, and they were the correct prescription and all there.
After the order was placed, I was notified the lenses weren't in stock. It was going to come from another vendor. This took quite a long time to be deliver. It was NOT anything quick but they were eventually delivered. Understanding the lenses were coming from another place, I may have just as well went with a company that does deliver quick, and accurate for the same price. Thought I would try something different and try this company. Probably won't use again.
I had two different orders for contact lenses that were Halloween. I did the help chat to make sure it was not just one lens for the order. They told me it was a box. Now I believe they meant shipping box. That doesn't answer my question correctly. When I got the orders, there was only one contact for each order. The regular lenses were in a box in a box, but the other two were not. I also thought I ordered one box and I got two.
Contacts arrived sooner than expected. It was my first time ordering online. Website was easy to use. No issues with prescription.
I was so glad to use this company again to order my families contacts. I was thinking their prices were great and placed my order. I was shocked after looking at my receipt and seeing a service charge of $170. That seems so wrong to hid that charge till the order has been placed. I will be ordering from someone else next time due to this hidden fee.

I was pleased with the service. My contacts arrived quickly. The initial price was deceiving. A large handling fee was added that almost doubled the list price... I'm waiting to see if the rebate works... if so I will be satisfied.

It was really easy to find the lenses I needed and to add and verify my prescription. Checkout was quick and easy and the expected delivery date was reasonable. However, out of millions of prescriptions the warehouse and the other company didn't have my prescription in stock and therefore delayed my shipment by nearly a month?! Had they not delivered when they did I would have asked for a discount.
Fast, easy and efficient. They checked with me when there was an issue with incomplete order information and we resolved it quickly. Will use again.
Took a long time to get, called to check status was told I was going to get a confirmation email with a new update ship date never received one. Not sure if I would order from here again.
My overall experience with the representative was good but my contact prescription was wrong. I gave them a detailed description of the order and they still got it wrong.
In the order section of the contacts it said they were $44 per Box, I ordered 2 boxes $88 plus the shipping and tax it does not equal over $163.00
