Contacts were easy to order and the shipping time was reasonable.
I read the words ´mail in´ but stupidly thought ´INSTANT´ rebate so I was very disappointed that I had to put out the $135 in addition to the order costs. Waited almost two weeks before receiving the lenses which I then had to send in the proof of purchase off of ALL FOUR lens boxes. The proof of purchase is on the back of each box which required destruction of the lens boxes (leaving me with nowhere to store the 24 individual lenses! Luckily I had the $135 in my account because I now have to wait another 6-8 weeks (on top of the almost 3 weeks it took to receive and complete the rebate process.).

I only wanted one box, but the website glitches added twp. It wasn't until I saw my bank statement that I learned I had ordered two. And then found out about the "added costs".

Everything was shipped and sent on time and packaged well, but when I initially made the order the price I was given was $14.49 for a box, once they charged my card the total cost was $37.23! They charged $22.74! Almost twice as much as the actual price in "taxes and fees" that were not shown before purchase was made. I hade to adjust other things in my account to accommodate this new price that was over double what I thought I'd be paying. Just be aware that pricing is odd on this site and doesn't always reflect what they actually charge.

I made some order of contact lenses, but is quality it is not great for me. I called to the operator, she told me send RMA number to my mail. I haven't got it! Twice I wrote letters and nothing changed, I have not this number. Service is terrible!

Delivery took forever, with a ton of stops along the way. Delivery by FedEx was made to my neighbor's house, luckily I recognized his house via the delivery photo. The contacts are not the correct color blue, I ordered the deeper shade.
