This was my first time buying lenses online using my doctor's prescription. The process was smooth and the prescription is now in my records for next time I order more lenses. Great first experience buying lenses online!
First off I never placed my order. Secondly I was told by one person that I although I didn't qualify for the full amount of rebate but I did qualify for another rebate of $105.-; I was then told by another person that there was no rebate at all. By far my worst experience ever.
Purchased contacts. Took quite a long time to get them. They did not follow through with the doctor for the Rx and didn't let me know that they were waiting for it.

Order placed 10/5/2025/2 days later notified the supplier would send but assured they would be here by 10/9/2025. Chatted through my account on 10/14/25 and assured follow up by representative. They were miraculously shipped on 10/14/25. Received them on the 10/21/25. It took way too long. I could have bought them at Costco for $10 more a box, had them in 2 days and, and avoided the $120.00 processing fee.
I found my contacts cheaper than anywhere else, I got what I ordered, and it came in a week. Getting my prescription approved was easy. It was awesome on all sides.

I originally ordered the incorrect contacts. Customer service responded immediately letting me know that my order may be wrong because my Rx includes an astigmatism and that the lenses I ordered didn't reflect that. I never would have noticed that if they hadn't called me. I spoke to two different reps and they were both friendly and helpful in getting my order correct. It was a great transaction and I'll definitely order from 1-800 Get Lens again.
When placing my order it showed a price. Then on the next page it showed some huge fee. There was nothing on that page to explain the fee. I placed the order anyway (my fault), and I then it explained the fee, AFTER I completed the order. Never purchase from them again.
Compared several sites, purchased TWO sets of higher quality RGP lenses for only $30 more than my vision center offered for one set of lower quality. The delivery was also faster than what the vision center offered- very pleased
I had to contact customer service first to help with cancelation. They placed new order. I think the shipping takes too long. Price of lenses seem higher but I haven't purchased them since 2008.
Just OK. Disappointed that I received no messaging when I incorrectly picked the wrong lenses in a new order. I checked on status on line and saw that it got hung up, but never received notification. I called and the phone technician was helpful to get my order corrected to my script. But then the business did not have the lenses in stock so had to order them, get them mailed to business and then sent to me (which took longer than expected for delivery). I might price shop next time as the overall experience was average at best.
I kept putting off reordering my contacts because I thought I would need an updated prescription even though it hadn't changed. I finally put in the order thinking I would have to suck it up and wear my glasses until everything got updated, but it was approved and shipped right away! I got my contacts in a week!
Very easy to input prescription. Getting the rebate was a bit challenging as i had to cut out information from each contact lense box. Other than that it was great!

Get Lens needs to partner with the rebate people to determine a better way to submit a proof of purchase. Currently you have to cut up the contact lens box to submit a proof of purchase. Now, because I do want the $75 rebate, I have a years supply on contact lenses with no container to store and keep up with them nor do I have a way to determine which lens belong to which eye. May I suggest Get Lens supplying a packing slip or order confirmation to the rebate people instead so people don't have to destroy a perfectly good box they would mostly likely keep their contacts in.
While ordering contacts for my daughter recently, I found this site on the internet and they looked quite cheaper. After putting in all of the information and seeing a total, I agreed to purchase. Once purchased I find that the price is quite expensive, even more than other sites. The charge had already gone through and I called them and was told I had to scroll down to the fine print to see the extra pricing that isn't shown up front. Feel like this is sketchy advertisement and won't be buying from them again!
