Easy to use web site to order contacts! Shipping was very quick
The website was easy to use and and my contacts came before scheduled. However, the cost of my contacts and my final bill did not add up. The only explanation was there were extra fees for my prescription. My question is why are those not included in the price I see?
Going to the website was the most work, but not really. Entering my prescription and loading the actual document was all it took. My contacts came less than two weeks of ordering. That included processing, verification, and shipping. The best way to order contacts by far!

It was easy to place the order and communication was frequent enough. I still need to process rebate so hopefully that is easy as well. I was a little surprised at the delay in receiving the contact but I did receive an email indicating my order was going to be delayed due to available inventory. I would recommend to others.

Received my package right away. All boxes in tact, expiration date of lenses is 3 years out. I submitted for the rebate - too soon to receive, but as the rebate is 3rd party, through the manufacturer, it is a separate matter. The website did a great job making it easy to print and fill out the rebate form.
My order was put on hold at first while my prescription was pending which is fine. But then I got a notification saying my order was canceled but when I called they said it wasn't canceled. I even got email notifications saying my order had been canceled after it had already been shipped so it was just a little bit confusing. But, my order came and it is correct! Customer service was quick and helpful. Overall, I would definitely order from here again.
