Received my package right away. All boxes in tact, expiration date of lenses is 3 years out. I submitted for the rebate - too soon to receive, but as the rebate is 3rd party, through the manufacturer, it is a separate matter. The website did a great job making it easy to print and fill out the rebate form.

My order was put on hold at first while my prescription was pending which is fine. But then I got a notification saying my order was canceled but when I called they said it wasn't canceled. I even got email notifications saying my order had been canceled after it had already been shipped so it was just a little bit confusing. But, my order came and it is correct! Customer service was quick and helpful. Overall, I would definitely order from here again.

…. And they wouldn't even upgrade my shipping to be faster. Kept saying I was getting "factory fresh" lenses that take time which was just code for them being out of stock for my lenses.

They offer you a reasonably decent low-price and they bill an exhorbitant price you never agreed to by adding over $100 is so-called (undisclosed) processing fees! Totally deceptive. Shop elsewhere! For me. Never ever again!

My eye doctor had me try a pair of my new prescription before I ordered more. It was supposed to be one eye with my new prescription and one eye with a bifocal. The contacts I was sent, don't have bifocals. It is so frustrating. I cannot see anything up close now.
