The tracking number showed the package delivered but two days later I did not have it. I called Customer Service and they sent me a form to fill, they were willing to send me a new order as soon as possible but luckily, I was able to talk to my postman a day later, and my package was found, it had been misplaced. If my contacts had not been found, I was confident 1800Contacts was going to replace it, they showed me they care.
