Several things have me concerned about doing business with this company:
The name is easily confused with 1800CONTACTS. It is easy to think you are working with a different company than you really are
The lower prices are only available by way of a rebate that is a tricky and cumbersome process
THe customer service person I spoke was difficult to understand

Overall, a good experience ordering what I wanted. The difficulty came when I was choosing the quantity. The pricing displayed on the screen is sometimes misleading when there are rebates available on purchases of 8 boxes, especially when the rebate has to be filed elsewhere.
When I ordered one box (no rebate) the price was half the normal cost, then it was regular cost for the second and subsequent boxes, until I got to 8 at which point the rebate was applied to the cost - but must be handled separately.
Delivery kept getting delayed. Ended up coming a month late.
The website was easy to order from and it arrived promptly. Customer service was very helpful and got back to me quickly.
