The driver was courteous and on time for our pick-up. The car was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The drive to the airport was safe and smooth and the driver knew the best route with the least traffic to get onto the motorway. Ziptransfers is very good value for money.
We used ZiP for three separate transfers on one holiday to Spain- one of which had to be changed late. No fuss, no extra cost, flexible and reassuring. The drivers were on time and the journey smooth. Thank you!
This is the second time I have used Zip Transfers, and once again, the service was excellent. Their website is easy to use, and has all the information you could want. The driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall, although our flight was delayed nearly an hour. The journey from airport to resort was in a very comfortable Mercedes SUV type vehicle. The driver didn't speak much English, but this wasn't a problem. On the return journey, the driver arrived outside our apartment around ten minutes early, and again we had a pleasant journy in a comfortable quality vehicle. Both drivers were professional and friendly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
The service from Zip Transfers right from Booking to our travel was nothing but outstanding. The driver was on time & Car was excellent. All our queries to customer care were replied promptly.
Used Zip 3 times now & have been impressed with service on all occasions. Our last flight was delayed 2 hours, no problem, the driver was there. Mini bus for the 2 of us. Good clean condition (driver & car) no problem finding him. Will use again & would not hesitate to recommend.
Very rude driver that shouted at me in front of my 3 young children at pick up at 4am in morn. Refused to close door. Started shouting at me outside airport again infront of children. Paid for a baby seat and wanted me to use booster for my 1 yr old baby. Disgusting driver. I would not recommend. Ruined what was a excellent week in loret d mar!
We prepaid for transport for 4 from the airport to our hotel. Driver was late and only arrived after we called his office. Driver refused to go to second terminal to pick up others in our party because it would take too much time and he had another fare waiting. ZIP company offered no help. Four of us rode a taxi to our hotel for 20 euros LESS than ZIP charged and would NOT refund. DO NOT prepay for ZIP service.
Answer: Do not use this company- they are unreliable. They left my family stranded when driver didn't show because he was sent to the wrong destination. And have no back up mechanisms to sort problems out. They wash their hands of any responsibility- as per their terms and conditions. Their customer service is appalling and if they make a mistake and driver doesn't show- you are on your own completely.
