Answer:
Do not use this company- they are unreliable. They left my family stranded when driver didn't show because he was sent to the wrong destination. And have no back up mechanisms to sort problems out. They wash their hands of any responsibility- as per their terms and conditions. Their customer service is appalling and if they make a mistake and driver doesn't show- you are on your own completely.
