This is our third time ordering glasses from Zenni Optical. I love the ease of the experience! This time, we got engraving on the arms of the glasses and my 16 year old daughter loves it! We also got clip on sunglasses for her bifocals. She has never had that before. Thank you for having great frames and styles for such great prices!

I always love the glasses from Zenni! It is always such a good selection and price with options. I never have any issues. I was going to put a 4 star because there is always such a question as to the prescription or what you receive. As a 2nd time customer, like last time was in 2012, I've never had any problems. This past purchase I purchased 2 glasses separate. One pair had sun glasses, I think I would want something darker. I just never saw any option... It was like small things. I needed glasses and I can see. I had not had glasses in several years & I have an 175 stigmatism when it only goes to 180. It was that bad because I just didn't want or care to wear glasses. They are making me feel better about myself and want to move forward in life. I got them & was able to afford them too. Thank Zenni!

I don't like the fact when you return somethin, you only receive a portion of the money. The worst part is that they only refund a "full" which is minus the shipping fee to ONLY store credit. After you use store credit and if you happen to return that also, you receive less than the full amount spent. So now, I have essentially lost about $40 after 2 returns. This type of return policy is the worst under any industry. Once I use my leftover funds, I will NEVER use this company and I will not recommend to anyone. I will go as far as discouraging any friends from using this company. Very poor customer service and seems like they don't care, just scripted answers just like talking to a robot.

I've ordered glasses from Zenni several times over the years, and have never had any problems. This time was no exception! I got my prescription from my optometrist, and sent for my glasses right away. When they arrived, the prescription was right on, and the glasses were comfortable. You can't ask for more!
These eye glasses are wonderful! Excellent quality, good frame selection, fair pricing, and a timely shipping speed. I found the Rx from a 'tad' confusing but, with a friends help, got thru' it. My next pair will be ordered soon from your site.
