I have used Zenni for years now. I love the hassle free, no pressure option of purchasing glasses. There are so many options and designs. The pair I recently purchased, I have bought 3 times due to unfortunate incidents. I'll try a new design next pair
With online glasses its important to get everything correct and have a timely delivery. Zenni did both!

The glasses don't quite fit my slightly asymmetrical ears as the frame doesn't bend, and the cost was a little hidden with the addon features that seem necessary. But it didn't feel dishonest, and perhaps there was a way to have my fit adjusted prior to the purchase. The glasses in practice are great. They're still much less expensive than what I'd get through my optometrist, and I see through them perfectly. They're great to have in the car, and I'd definitely get more glasses once I figure out which frames are more malleable.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. We were sorry to read that the frame you selected for your single-vision distance eyeglasses – full-rim, rectangular, acetate, blue frame 637016, with white temple arms with blue stripes and a frame width of 132 millimeters – sits crookedly on your face.

We hope that the instructions this infographic provides help you adjust the frame so that it sits straight on your face. The stainless-steel rods embedded in the temple arms should make the temple arms (specifically the temple tips, the part that extends past where the temple arms bend over your ear) easy to adjust.
However, if you find that you are unable to adjust the glasses so that the frame sits straight on your face, you may take the glasses to a local optical retailer, who may do the adjustment for you for free.
But if you cannot find a local optical retailer who will adjust the glasses for you, we want to advise that this order – which was delivered to you on August 12,2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service website – is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
Therefore, you may return these glasses to us for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order.
