We want to advise that we use the FT-28 style of bifocal lenses. The FT is short for Flat Top, with the bifocal lens resembling a capital letter D turned on its side, with the curved part at the bottom. The 28 refers to the width of the bifocal segment lens at its widest point, 28 millimeters.
This is the standard size for bifocal lenses, but you may have seen people wearing executive bifocal eyeglasses, which have bifocal segment lenses that extend all the way across the lower area of the lens.
If you are disappointed in the bifocals to the extent that you would like to return them for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for them – since this order, which was delivered to you on August 15,2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service website, is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered – we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you when you provide the order number, o4944636802.

I have had good exigence dealing with Zenni. I have used another optical provider but the quality is not comparable and the deliver is slow. I have worn glasses for 70 years and I can judge quality. I have recommended Zenni to my family and friends. I do have coverage for glasses under my health insurance but it still costs less with Zenni.
Glasses came in early and perfect thank you im so blind and i have to pay over $400 at an optometrist and i did not know that i only could pay $50 here!

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. However, we don't ever want to assume that needing time to adjust to the lenses is the only reason a customer could be having difficulty with their glasses; consequently, if you have recently purchased progressive lenses, and have problems seeing clearly through them, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-211-2105. Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...

We were happy to read that you like the two pairs of single-vision eyeglasses you ordered with gray photochromic (light-sensitive, auto-tinting) lenses and our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature.
However, we were sorry to read that the screws have come out of the temple arm hinge of one of these pairs of glasses – in rimless, memory titanium, gray frame 170421, which, with lens shape 352 (lens width 50 millimeters, lens height 28 mm), creates a frame width of 127 mm.
Consequently, we apologize for any dismay you experienced as a result.
Since you received the order on August 5,2022, according to the Federal Express website, this order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
Therefore, you may want to return one of the pairs of the eyeglasses to us for repair. We will put new screws in the temple arm hinge and send the repaired glasses back to you.
Then, if you are satisfied with the repair job, you may return the other pair to us for repair.
When you make your request, please ask the lab to include with the repaired eyeglasses some extra screws, nose pads, and a screwdriver tool you may use if a screw becomes loose again.
