I have never ordered online before so this was a steep learning curve for me. I spoke with customer service multiple times to make sure I was doing it right and they were always helpful and informative. My normal optician wanted $500 for a basic frame with my RX - I picked a frame I liked (not the cheapest but mid range) with my RX the total cost was about $140 with all the bells and whistles that the optician wanted extra for - they got here today and for the first time in years I have a pair of comfy glasses that I can actually see through! Yes, I have been told previously that because my eyes have different pupil points, it would be impossible to get them perfect but Zenni did - I am never going anywhere else - Thank you!

Zenni remade the defective glasses for me. Thank you. However, the remade glasses I received still do not work. The frame seems bent and defective. This might be why it impairs my vision while reading. I do not want it to do damage to my vision. Please advise me as to what step I should take next.
My husband and I had ordered glasses from Zeni before and we have always been more than satisfied. This time around I ordered a pair for my 92-year old Father. The glasses were received right away, in good shape and everything was correct. My Father loved his glasses. They were going to charge us $500 at his healthcare's optometrist for the same pair. Ordering through Zenni, it only came to $45 dollars. Same exact pair with same prescription. I always tell everyone about Zenni. Now, my cousin wants to order a pair also. Keep up the excellent work Zenni.
The reading part of the lens bleeds into my daily straight-ahead vision more than most progressive glasses :(

The U.S. Postal Service website advises that this order was delivered to you on November 29,2022, which means that it was a few days outside its 30-day warranty period when you posted your review on January 3,2023.
Nevertheless, we can make a one-time customer service exception to extend the warranty period on your behalf to enable you to return these eyeglasses to us for an inspection, if you confirm with a copy of the prescription you received from your eye doctor that you entered the prescription correctly.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
