They messed up and only want to give me 50% refund

I have diplopia and need prisms to correct this. Ordered 2 pair identical except for frames with prescription stating prisms, I paid for them and they sent me glasses with no prisms. I even took them to my optometrist and she said they did not have the prisms. I sent them back and I want a full refund for their mistake so I can go somewhere that fills the actual prescription. Have escalated to dispute on PayPal. My optometrist can also back me up that these glasses were without prisms.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of what appears to be the first order for eyeglasses you placed with us, order o5190277140, placed on November 25,2022, for two pairs of single-vision distance eyeglasses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature.

We see a note in the database record of the order that the prescription your eye doctor provided was incorrect, but we do not see any note advising of the correct prescription or whatever mistake was made on the prescription provided by the eye doctor.

Nevertheless, we were sorry to read that you could not see well with these eyeglasses, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.

You returned these two pairs of glasses to us for a 100 percent refund of their price in the form of store credit to your Zenni account.

We issued this 100 percent store credit refund on December 14,2022, and we hope that you will use the store credit toward the payment of another order for eyeglasses with the correct prescription.

They have no idea where your optical center is so the glasses I got gave me double vision everywhere I looked except straight on. Awful product.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of what appears to be the first order you placed with us, order o5211635018, placed on January 4,2023, for one pair of single-vision eyeglasses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature.

We were sorry to read that you could not see well with these eyeglasses, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.

The U.S. Postal Service website advises that this order was delivered to you on January 9,2023, which means that it is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.

Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you when you provide the order number, o5211635018.

Please have a copy of the prescription handy when you call, because the customer service representative will ask you to email the prescription to them, to confirm that it was entered correctly.

If the pupillary distance (PD) you entered, 61 millimeters, is not on the prescription, please be prepared to advise how the PD was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.

If you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we will email you instructions to return the glasses to us for an inspection, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.

If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on the glasses, we will offer to remake them for you for free.

But if we find no manufacturing errors, we can return the glasses to you or offer one of our two refund options upon the return of the glasses – a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the Google Pay account you used to pay for the order.

If the wait to speak with a customer service representative is lengthy, you may have an online Chat with us by clicking the button labeled Support, at the lower right-hand corner of every page of the Zenni website.

Alternatively, you may email us, at [email protected], and if you choose this communication method, please put your order number, o5211635018, in the subject line of the email, and in the body of the email please attach a copy of the prescription.

If the PD is not on the prescription, please advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement.

If you confirm that the prescription and PD were entered correctly, we will email you the return-for-inspection instructions and the prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.

However, if it turns out that something was entered incorrectly on the order, we can offer you either the 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or the 50 percent refund to the Google Pay account you used to pay for the order.

We will email you the instructions to return the eyeglasses for the refund option you select, and we will also email you the prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.

We were sorry to read that you found the tint to be too dark, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result.

On January 9,2023, you advised that you would like to return the sunglasses to us for a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order.

Get what you pay for

Look elsewhere. I bought a few pair. Try to get advice from them on a pair that was supposed to get dark outside. See picture that's what you will pay for. They were little past warranty and they were rude. You won't be able to understand them and they won't understand you. Just look elsewhere. There's plenty of other good places for glasses.

Everything went as expected

Glasses are far cheaper on this site than at my local optometrists office. Shipping is just as fast as when you order them in the store. My glasses arrived in perfect condition. 100% recommend Zenni to anyone.

Great specs, wrong Rx

Received distance glasses instead of reading glasses. Optometrist suggested ok to keep them for future use but I really needed readers - recommend others triple check their Rx data input prior to ordering. Must have been my oversight. I couldn't figure out how to return. Glasses are sturdy and nice.

Crooked frame. >>> Frame replaced.

The lenses were correct but bridge wire was obviously crooked, going "uphill" from the left to the right. (The frame should have been rejected at the factory.) I sent a picture to customer service and they took care of me, sending a replacement frame and a tiny screwdriver to swap the lenses to the new frame.
