Honestly, this was the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had getting new glasses. The hardest part was choosing the frame.
I have diplopia and need prisms to correct this. Ordered 2 pair identical except for frames with prescription stating prisms, I paid for them and they sent me glasses with no prisms. I even took them to my optometrist and she said they did not have the prisms. I sent them back and I want a full refund for their mistake so I can go somewhere that fills the actual prescription. Have escalated to dispute on PayPal. My optometrist can also back me up that these glasses were without prisms.
When received my order was correct. I received my glasses before the delivery date and was kept up to date on my order through Zenni.
They have no idea where your optical center is so the glasses I got gave me double vision everywhere I looked except straight on. Awful product.

Look elsewhere. I bought a few pair. Try to get advice from them on a pair that was supposed to get dark outside. See picture that's what you will pay for. They were little past warranty and they were rude. You won't be able to understand them and they won't understand you. Just look elsewhere. There's plenty of other good places for glasses.

I love them.
Glasses are far cheaper on this site than at my local optometrists office. Shipping is just as fast as when you order them in the store. My glasses arrived in perfect condition. 100% recommend Zenni to anyone.
Received distance glasses instead of reading glasses. Optometrist suggested ok to keep them for future use but I really needed readers - recommend others triple check their Rx data input prior to ordering. Must have been my oversight. I couldn't figure out how to return. Glasses are sturdy and nice.
My glasses fit my face and head perfectly. The best part is they stay on my head when I look down. (Other pairs just fell off my face.)

The lenses were correct but bridge wire was obviously crooked, going "uphill" from the left to the right. (The frame should have been rejected at the factory.) I sent a picture to customer service and they took care of me, sending a replacement frame and a tiny screwdriver to swap the lenses to the new frame.
I got them……. They work. Now I can safely drive at night!

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle.
