Ordered another pair after getting my first, these match my sunglasses and the materials feel good as do the hinges.
It was very easy ordering from Zenni. I can't believe how much cheaper these glasses were than the ones I bought at the doctor's office! Almost $300 dollars cheaper. I will only buy glasses from Zenni from now on!

The glasses are wonderful and came in amazing condition. The only reason i rate 4 stars is that the glasses looked bigger on the virtual view than they are but they still fit and are good.

I received glasses with a incorrect prescription lenses and need them re-made or refunded. I took the glasses I received from Zenni for order # o*******540 to the optometrist who issued the prescription and had them tested. They state that the lenses in the sunglasses are not matching the prescription. Recommend Zenni call Eye Center of Charleston at *******357 to validate my comments and remake the glasses correctly. The frames fit so well and shipped fast! The glasses are made of good material and I love the style!
This is my first time wearing glasses in my adult life. I looked at mainstream glasses companies and couldn't find a style I liked in my price range. Zenni gave me so many options, the only problem I had was choosing between which frames I liked best!
I wish I had a valid excuse for waiting this long to order glasses online…. But I don't. I can only say my apprehensions were a huge mistake. I thought I'd hate the glasses but they are so beautiful! Sturdy and well built to LAST! I am a believer now.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
