I just used Zenni for the first time after hearing about it from my sister and I love how easy and fast it was! There are a ton of options.
The process of returning glasses is quite involved and takes a while. Also, the web site makes it unclear how to actually return the glasses. It says to call a phone number. But all the menu choices on the phone have nothing to do with returns, so I had to guess a certain menu selection to attempt starting the return process.
Customer experience is king, and Zenni coud do better!

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
