Came in a cute plastic case, exactly what I ordered. The frame combo is a little weird at the hinges and little things that go on the outside are silver but the details on the front are good. Very comfortable though. No issues with anything.

I will order again, this time putting a 'blank' prescription on the bottom so I can wear the glasses all day, not just for distance.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. We were sorry to read that you had the eyeglasses examined and this examination found that the pupillary distance (PD) value in the lenses is 72 millimeters, not 68 mm, which you entered.

The U.S. Postal Service advises that this order was delivered to you on November 21,2022, which means that it is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
