Cute glasses and fast delivery!

We were able to find cute glasses at a fraction of the cost for my kiddo. Once the order was placed we received the glasses way quicker than I had expected to! They come with nice plastic cases that other online brands don't always give, which was a plus as we needed a hard case for school.

I've been a Zenni customer for well over a decade, ordering at least once a year. I have ordered frames of various materials and coatings. I have a very strong, thick prescription, so my choice of frames is somewhat limited. However, I have always been able to find exactly what I needed. My favorite style is rimless. This can be tricky with a thick lens. However, I have never had a problem with the rimless pairs I ordered from Zenni. I am a customer for life!

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of what appears to be the first order you placed with us, order o5179548861, placed on November 6,2022, for one pair of single-vision distance eyeglasses with our Blokz® blue-light-blocking feature and an 80 percent gray sunglasses tint.

We were sorry to read that you had intended to order clear glasses rather than sunglasses, and we apologize for any dismay you experienced as a result.

We were also sorry to read that when you contacted us about this matter you did not receive a response, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced due to this matter.

Nevertheless, it was good to read that you decided to keep the sunglasses.

However, if you change your mind and want to return them for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order – the U.S. Postal Service website advises that this order was delivered to you on November 16,2022, which means that it is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.

Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you when you provide the order number, o5179548861, with emailed instructions to return the glasses.
