Zenni Optical almost made getting new glasses way to easy. I picked the ones i wanted, I put in my script and my pupil #, and waited about a week and got them and they are AMAZING! Zenni made my glasses wrong. Made me wait on the phone for an hour. Made me mail them back. Then tried to tell me they were made correctly. Then refused to refund me the money. Zenni actually told me to take a store credit and try again. I had bought a pair of Progressive glasses from an optician that work GREAT. I needed a backup pair for the Corona Virus Quarantine as I am working from home and the Optician is closed. I sent Zenni the exact prescription (even a photo of the prescription). The glasses do not work. Zenni made them wrong, then denied it, and only offered me 50% back. This should be illegal. I will never use Zenni again. It's a scam. It's a rip-off. At least it feels that way to me. Just give me back my money so I can start over with a more reputable firm. Mitch D. -Tarzana, CA

We will confirm that when glasses are returned to us to be inspected and the results indicate that the glasses were manufactured incorrectly, Zenni will remake the glasses. However, when no errors are found, the customer is given the option to have the glasses returned to them or to accept either 50% refund to their credit card or 100% store credit, which excludes the shipping fee. We are truly sorry that you were not happy with your progressive lenses. We are also sorry that you were not satisfied with the results of our inspection, which indicated that there were no errors found in the glasses. If you would like us to review your case and try again to come to a resolution with which you will be satisfied, please provide your order number via private message on this review site and we will respond within 72 hours. We hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction, and we look forward to your reply.
I will never buy from them again. The glasses didn't work, the distance part was blurry, but they won't give a refund, just store credit, and they don't refund the shipping. I don't really want to buy from them again, but I'm forced to.

However, if you suspect that your glasses were manufactured incorrectly, we will ask you to provide a copy of your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) for verification and after we have confirmed that they were entered on the order correctly, you may return the glasses to Zenni to be inspected. If our inspection confirms that the glasses were manufactured out of tolerance of your prescription, we will remake the glasses for you at no additional cost or you may request a full refund in lieu of a remake. However, if the inspection results show that the glasses were manufactured correctly, the normal return options mentioned previously will apply.

I am pretty hard on eyewear and needed a more affordable option. I never believed that they could get the proper information to make glasses correct over the internet. With the help info that ZENNI provides to get proper measurements, it is harder to make a mistake than to get correct info. Also, they say to expect delivery in 14-21 days... from order date to delivery was 11 days. Three days early! I also took advantage of the single click reorder option as I left that pair of glasses on the hood of a vehicle and was unable to retrieve them. Looking forward to my new pair...
This company is reliable, time sufficient, I always manage to get my glasses within a week of ordering. They have almost always been the exact pair I paid for... the bad measurements were my fault. Anywho, I love this company. Super affordable and they have tons of frames to choose from, just be sure to get the correct measurements unlike me haha.
