So far so good haven't had a problem with bifocals or ten or anything there eye wear are great I've order from other places they would mess up my order Zenni was write in spot thank you.
I recently received the second pair of Zenni glasses that I have ordered. These are a pair of computer glasses with a little less correction than I would have for reading (+1.25), and Blokz lenses that filter out blue and ultraviolet light, with anti-reflective coating. The frames were really inexpensive. I bought them for my husband thinking he would not like the correction, and perhaps find the transparent lenses too "girly," so I was prepared to let him just try them for the anti-blue light filtering, and then I'd order a different pair for him and keep these for myself. To my surprise, he likes them! And I love them! So my next order is a no-brainer. I'll just get the same pair, adjusting the reading correction to be ever so slightly less powerful. For me, they are just perfect for all indoor wear. Soon my hubby and I will be "twinsies."
Customer service was great, just like for my first order. I cannot remember what issues I had when I first wanted to place the order, but I remember being on the phone with them really late at night, and they resolved the question. Honestly, they really produce quality glasses at literally a fraction of the price you'd pay at even Costco or Kaiser. And I love a lot of the "extras" they offer, for example the virtual try-on, and engraving your name on the staffs. Hopefully if I ever leave my glasses somewhere, the people who find it will notice that.

I have finally learned how to buy the right size glasses (from the various measurements). I also know what style looks great on me (cat-eye). So- I went for it and I succeeded! Zenni seems to have done good with getting the prescription properly (in the past - they did not). The shipping was fast (I arranged with them to FedEx me my glasses which I paid more for- because I'm currently abroad). Shipping took only 1 week! I love my new glasses and the price was incredibly cheap. I am really pleased with the entire experience. I could NOT have gotten prices like this where I am located. (I bought 3 pairs in total and they are all fantastic!)
I bought four pairs of glasses with blue Blocker. It was super easy to find the ones that fit us and styles that we liked. They each came with their own case and were very high-quality. We will definitely be buying from them again!
The glasses are amazing quality! I got some clear ones and I'm in love. Honestly idk why eye doctors charge so much of Zenni Can do a way better job at 1/4 or the price.
If your a first time buyer for glasses online be sure to do your research and ask questions. I had several issues with the first pair at Zenni and their answer/response was buy a smaller pair. Nothing more. They don't ensure satisfaction with their products and when you state your concern they say "i'm sorry to hear that" and restate their policies.
Purchased a backup pair of glasses from Zenni. Very good experience... order entry was a bit of a challenge due to the product, but fulfillment was timely and excellent, including communications. Good price as well. Will definitely consider Zenni for any purchases going forward.
This is the first time that my husband and I have ordered from Zenni. We both loved our first pair so much that we each bought a second pair! They look great and are super affordable!
I paid for transition lenses. I only had the glasses 3 months and the coating starting peeling. They only warranty the coating for 30 days. The nose piece fell off today. Glasses are cheaper, but if fall apart after 3 months, than it's not worth it. Paid $142 for mine.

Last year I bought reading glasses and driving glasses, loved them both. This year I got brave and ordered bifocals, they are fantastic! The price helps, $68 from Zenni as opposed to $600 from the optometrist is a huge savings. Thanks!

I want to THANK Zenni Optical from the bottom of my heart. I have NEVER had a pair of glasses that fit properly and were comfortable, until NOW. I don't know if it's because previous Dr.'s didn't even measure them for me or what, and I had never ordered online, prior, it was always in office purchases. I followed the measurement instructions I looked up plus their guidelines and MY GLASSES CAME OUT PERFECT. & I was SO EXCITED at the CHEAP PRICES, I ordered 9 PAIR, and some I got night guard clip, 1 transition sunglasses, few other things, because I just couldn't believe it was so cheap, etc. & MY ENTIRE ORDER, with EXPRESS delivery, that arrived in about a week, with not only an email with tracking for it, but an email prior letting me know they were working on it, too, was ONLY just over $200. I could have just got 1 pair, but I figured that for what I would have usually spent, on just 1 pair, why not? EVERY PAIR I ORDERED FITS PERFECT & IS EXACTLY what the weight of glasses are, and what the picture looked like, etc. Each 1 came with a nice hard case & cloth and free scratch guard deal, etc. Once you're ordering, you see what's already included.
I have a sensitive nose bridge, so I went with all light weight, and THEY ARE, but trendy, well made, NOT cheap made, like their price, is.
I CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH ZENNI. MY EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH, including virtual try on's prior to purchase, was 100% AWESOME. THANK YOU.
Glasses I wanted was not in stock as soon as they came available I was notified. I ordered glasses and received them fairly quickly didn't take long at all. Love the glasses... I will order from Zenni again.

What absolute rubbish Zenni are.
The glasses came to about $130 with a "sturdy" looking frame and some bells and whistles.
When they eventually arrived I couldn't see at all with them, gave me a terrible headache and couldn't get used to them at all. Prescription was entered correctly. Return policy is awful but they said they will refund me if they find it was their fault.
Due to the terribly long process to return them I ordered another pair with same prescription elsewhere and they were perfect. But Zenni, a month later said their's were correctly made, which can't be true otherwise beacuse I couldn't see at all through them. The process is not transparent and they say whatever they like of course. I have no option but take their word.
They offered me only 50% refund (and no shipping refund) or store credit which I won't use because I can't trust them. The sturdy frame also turned out to be flimsy.
What a rip off. And yes, came from China. Not only I didn't save any money, I'm terribly out of pocket with Zenni. These are nothing but scammers. This practice is illegal in my country.

If our inspection results confirm that there is a defect or error, we will remake the glasses, or if the customer does not want the glasses remade, we will provide a full refund. However, if our inspection finds no errors, the options are to accept, as you mentioned, 50% refund to the credit card or 100% store credit, both of which exclude the shipping fee. I ordered non prescription glasses with blued light protection because I work at the computer all day. The truth is, I don't know if it actually works but the frames are nice.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
